Congratulations to Suzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital on the procurement of the Zhongxin Clock Synchronization Equipment Project.
Congratulations to Suzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital on the procurement of the Zhongxin Clock Synchronization Equipment Project.
Recently, Suzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital issued a procurement announcement for a time server. Beijing Zhongxin Chuang Company proactively collaborated with the hospital to develop a detailed proposal and recommended its self‑developed and manufactured DNTS‑84‑OGBC model as the bid‑winning product. Following a fiercely competitive bidding process, Zhongxin Chuang stood out thanks to its high‑quality products and comprehensive after‑sales service, ultimately securing the contract for the time server project at Renmin University of China in Beijing.
Suzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital was founded in 1956. Over the past six decades, the hospital has adhered to a development strategy of “building renowned departments through distinguished physicians and forging a prestigious institution through outstanding departments,” with TCM as its core while upholding the principle of equally emphasizing both TCM and Western medicine. Today, it has evolved into a comprehensive TCM hospital integrating medical care, education, and research. As the principal stronghold and leading force of the Wumen School of TCM, the hospital has actively participated in epidemic prevention and control, playing a vital role in these efforts. Currently, it is a national model TCM hospital and a Grade III Class A TCM hospital; it serves as the supporting institution for the construction of the National Regional Center for TCM Healthcare, a co‑constructed entity with the Suzhou Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and a collaboratively established hospital with Longhua Hospital affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Additionally, it is a joint postgraduate training base with Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Macau University of Science and Technology; a clinical practice base for the Graduate School of the China Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine; a national standardized training base for TCM resident physicians and general practitioners in the TCM category; a national examination center for practical skills in the TCM physician qualification exam; and a nationally accredited clinical trial institution for drugs and medical devices.
Suzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital conducted an in-depth evaluation of the DNTS‑8 time server, independently developed by Zhongxin Chuang. The results consistently exceeded the specified performance parameters, and the hospital expressed high satisfaction with both the product’s quality and our after-sales service, leading to a successful procurement and deployment.
The DNTS-84-OGBC time server, developed by Beijing Zhongxinchuang Technology Co., Ltd., is a high-tech, intelligent, stand-alone clock synchronization server that operates based on the NTP/SNTP protocols and delivers high-precision time. The DNTS-84-OGBC can obtain standard clock signal information from GPS or BeiDou geostationary satellites, as well as from CDMA networks. This information is transmitted across the network, enabling devices requiring time signals—such as computers and controllers—to synchronize with the standard clock. Additionally, when using GPS, BeiDou, and CDMA receivers, users can define priority levels; by default, BeiDou takes precedence, with GPS as a backup and CDMA last. If all three receivers lose signal, the DNTS-84-OGBC switches to its built-in temperature-compensated crystal oscillator for timekeeping, achieving a timing accuracy of up to 1E-9. The DNTS-84-OGBC transmits standard clock information over TCP/IP networks and supports multiple popular time‑broadcasting protocols, including NTP and time/UDP, while also accommodating custom time‑broadcast data packets defined by Zhongxinchuang Technology, with configurable UDP ports. The port numbers for NTP and time/UDP are fixed at 123 and 37, respectively, as specified in RFC-123 and RFC-37. Furthermore, the DNTS-84-OGBC supports the broadcast mode of the SNTP protocol.
