The network time server developed by Beijing Zhongxinchuang Technology Co., Ltd. The DNTS-9S is an intelligent, high-precision NTP network time server. It obtains standard time signals from systems such as GPS, BeiDou, GLONASS, Galileo, 4G, and CDMA, and provides standard time services over the network via NTP/SNTP or other network protocols. Devices in the network that require time synchronization—such as personal computers, servers, and controllers—can thereby synchronize with international standard time.

Use simultaneously The GNSS satellite receiver allows priority settings and supports single‑receiver/dual‑receiver and single‑antenna/dual‑antenna configurations; each receiver can be configured to operate in standalone or combined timing modes. When both receivers and all other available time sources lose signal, the DNTS‑9S relies on its built-in oven‑controlled crystal oscillator or rubidium atomic clock for holdover, continuously providing time services to external users. All-digital phase-locked loop technology and a self‑tuning algorithm deliver superior timing accuracy and more precise time synchronization.

In addition to serving as a primary‑level network time‑synchronization device, the DNTS‑9S can also function as a secondary‑level time server, enabling more effective time synchronization in large‑scale network environments. It provides highly precise standard time signals for distributed networks, computer security systems, file management systems, e‑commerce platforms, online B2B systems, and cloud database storage and maintenance, among others. The DNTS‑9S has been successfully deployed across government, finance, mobile telecommunications, public security, petroleum, power, transportation, industrial, and defense sectors.
