Recently, Hubei Radio and Television Station issued a request for a time server. Beijing Zhongxin Chuang Company responded proactively by preparing a detailed proposal and recommending its self-developed and manufactured DNTS‑9 model as the bid‑winning product. Hubei Radio and Television Station (Hubei Yangtze Media Group) is a comprehensive media organization that integrates broadcasting, television, film, television series, new media, cable networks, and print publications. In October 2011, the former Hubei Provincial Radio and Television Station was rebranded as Hubei Radio and Television Station, and at the same time, the Hubei Yangtze Media Group—comprising station‑affiliated, station‑controlled, and station‑managed entities—was established, successfully establishing a new framework for the coordinated development of public‑service broadcasting and commercially driven industries.

The DNTS-9 network time server, developed by Beijing Zhongxinchuang Technology Co., Ltd., is an intelligent, high-precision NTP network time server. The DNTS-9 obtains standard time information from navigation and positioning satellite systems such as GPS, BeiDou, GLONASS, and Galileo, and provides standard time services over the network via NTP/SNTP or other network protocols. Devices in the network that require time synchronization—such as personal computers, servers, and controllers—can thereby synchronize with international standard time.
When used in conjunction with GNSS satellite receivers, priority can be configured; the system supports single‑receiver/dual‑receiver and single‑antenna/dual‑antenna configurations, with each receiver capable of operating in either standalone or combined timing modes. If both receivers and all other available time sources lose signal, the DNTS‑9 relies on its built-in temperature‑compensated crystal oscillator or rubidium atomic clock to maintain accurate timekeeping, continuously providing time services to external users.
In addition to serving as a primary‑level network time‑synchronization device, the DNTS‑9 can also function as a secondary‑level time server, enabling more effective time synchronization in large‑scale network environments. It provides high‑precision standard time signals for systems such as distributed networks, computer security systems, file management systems, e‑commerce platforms, online B2B systems, and cloud database storage and maintenance. The DNTS‑9 has been successfully deployed across government, finance, mobile telecommunications, public security, petroleum, power, transportation, industrial, and defense sectors.
The DNTS-9 network time server is extremely easy to install and use: simply connect the satellite receiving antenna and plug the network port into a network switch, and you can achieve time synchronization across all devices on the network.
