Zhongxin Chuangwei provides clock synchronization equipment to Huatai Insurance.

Recently, Huatai Insurance issued a request for a time server. Beijing Zhongxin Chuang promptly collaborated to develop a detailed proposal and recommended its independently developed and manufactured DNTS‑9 time server along with digital sub‑clocks as the bid‑eligible products. Following a highly competitive bidding process, Zhongxin Chuang stood out thanks to its high‑quality offerings and comprehensive after‑sales service, ultimately securing the contract for Huatai Insurance’s time‑synchronization server project.

Huatai Property Insurance Co., Ltd. (Abbreviated as “Huatai Property & Casualty Insurance”) is China’s first nationwide joint-stock insurance company. Property insurance company [1] Its predecessor was Huatai Property Insurance Co., Ltd., established in 1996.

Huatai Insurance conducted an in-depth evaluation of the DNTS‑9 time server independently developed by Zhongxin Chuang. The results consistently exceeded the specified performance parameters, and the company expressed strong satisfaction with both our product quality and after-sales service, leading to a successful procurement and deployment.

The DNTS-9 network time server, developed by Beijing Zhongxinchuang Technology Co., Ltd., is an intelligent, high-precision NTP network time server. The DNTS-9 obtains standard time information from the GPS navigation and positioning satellite system and provides standard time services over the network via NTP/SNTP or other network protocols. Devices on the network that require time synchronization—such as personal computers, servers, and controllers—can synchronize with international standard time. When using a GNSS satellite receiver, users can define priority levels and configure single-receiver/dual-receiver or single-antenna/dual-antenna setups; each receiver can be set to operate in timing mode independently or in conjunction with others. If both receivers and other available time sources lose signal, the DNTS-9 relies on its built-in temperature-compensated crystal oscillator to maintain accurate timekeeping and continues to provide uninterrupted time services to external devices.

In addition to serving as a primary‑level network time‑synchronization device, the DNTS‑9 can also function as a secondary‑level time server, enabling more effective time synchronization in large‑scale network environments. It provides precise standard time signals for systems such as distributed networks, computer security systems, file management systems, e‑commerce platforms, online B2B systems, and cloud database storage and maintenance. The DNTS‑9 has been successfully deployed across government, finance, mobile telecommunications, public security, petroleum, power, transportation, industrial, and defense sectors. Installation and operation of the DNTS‑9 network time server are exceptionally straightforward: simply connect the satellite receiving antenna and link the Ethernet port to a network switch to achieve time synchronization across all devices on the network.

◆GNSS satellite reference clock, with a built-in temperature-compensated crystal oscillator or rubidium atomic clock, serving as a stratum‑1 network time server.

◆ High throughput enables simultaneous synchronization of the clocks of tens of thousands of clients, servers, workstations, and other devices.

◆ Four 10/100/1000 Mbps Ethernet ports are available, enabling easy network configuration and deployment, and facilitating system upgrades.

◆ Supports management via SSH, Telnet, Web, SNMP, and DNTS-Manager, enabling easy remote network login, administration, configuration, and maintenance.

◆ A single device with multiple network interfaces, or multiple devices with multiple network interfaces, can be configured to use the same IP address for hot backup.

◆ High reliability, with an MTBF of 90,000 hours

◆ Supports heartbeat detection and hot switchover across multiple devices and network interfaces.

◆ Supports bonding functionality, enabling multi‑port network interface aggregation on a single host (optional)

◆Out-of-band management interface: 1 port, 10/100 Mbps Ethernet interface (RJ-45) (optional)
