Congratulations to Shenhua Inner Mongolia Guohua Hulunbuir Power Generation on winning the bid for the Zhongxin Chuang Time Synchronization Equipment Project.
Congratulations to Shenhua Inner Mongolia Guohua Hulunbuir Power Generation on winning the bid for the Zhongxin Chuang Time Synchronization Equipment Project.

Recently, Shenhua Inner Mongolia Guohua Hulunbuir Power Generation issued a procurement announcement for time servers. Beijing Zhongxin Chuang actively collaborated to develop a detailed proposal for the client and recommended its independently developed and manufactured DNTS-94-OGB model as the bid‑winning product. Following a fiercely competitive bidding process, Zhongxin Chuang stood out thanks to its high‑quality products and comprehensive after‑sales service, ultimately securing the time server project from Shenhua Inner Mongolia Guohua Hulunbuir Power Generation Co., Ltd.
Shenhua Inner Mongolia Guohua Hulunbuir Power Generation Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “ Hulunbuir The Company is affiliated with China Shenhua Energy Company Limited. Guohua Power Branch company. Guohua Power Company prioritizes building a power‑generation enterprise that is both ambitious and responsible, with the goal of developing “low‑carbon, environmentally friendly, technologically advanced, world‑class digital power stations.” After thirteen years of growth, it has become a nationwide power‑generation company spanning multiple regions and grid networks, with operations covering 15 provinces and autonomous regions within China as well as one overseas location. The company wholly owns, holds controlling interests in, or holds minority stakes in 41 enterprises (including those under entrusted management), overseeing an installed capacity of 35.66 million kilowatts.
Shenhua Inner Mongolia Guohua Hulunbuir Power Generation conducted an in-depth evaluation of the DNTS‑9 time server, independently developed by Zhongxin Chuang. The results consistently exceeded the specified performance parameters, and the company expressed high satisfaction with both our product quality and after-sales service, leading to a successful procurement and deployment.
The DNTS-9 network time server, developed by Beijing Zhongxinchuang Technology Co., Ltd., is an advanced, intelligent, high-precision NTP network time server. The DNTS-9 obtains standard time information from navigation and positioning satellite systems such as GPS, BeiDou, GLONASS, and Galileo, and provides standard time services over the network via NTP/SNTP or other network protocols. Devices on the network that require time synchronization—such as personal computers, servers, and controllers—can synchronize with international standard time. When using GNSS satellite receivers, users can define priority levels and configure single-receiver/dual-receiver or single-antenna/dual-antenna setups; each receiver can be set to operate in standalone or combined timing modes. If both receivers and other available time sources lose signal, the DNTS-9 relies on its built-in temperature-compensated crystal oscillator or rubidium atomic clock to maintain accurate timekeeping and continuously provide time services to external clients.
In addition to serving as a primary‑level network time‑synchronization device, the DNTS‑9 can also function as a secondary‑level time server, enabling more effective time synchronization in large‑scale network environments. It provides precise standard time signals for systems such as distributed networks, computer security systems, file management systems, e‑commerce platforms, online B2B systems, and cloud database storage and maintenance. The DNTS‑9 has been successfully deployed across government, finance, mobile telecommunications, public security, petroleum, power, transportation, industrial, and defense sectors. Installation and operation of the DNTS‑9 network time server are straightforward: simply connect the satellite receiving antenna and link the Ethernet port to a network switch to achieve time synchronization for all devices on the network.
