Zhongxin Chuangwei provides a clock synchronization server to the Tibet Public Security Department.
Zhongxin Chuangwei provides a clock synchronization server to the Tibet Public Security Department.

Recently, the Tibet Public Security Bureau issued a request for time‑server equipment. Beijing Zhongxin Chuang promptly collaborated to develop a detailed proposal and recommended its self‑developed and manufactured DNTS‑7 model as the bid‑winning product. Following a fiercely competitive bidding process, Zhongxin Chuang stood out thanks to its high‑quality products and comprehensive after‑sales service, ultimately securing the contract for the Tibet Public Security Bureau’s time‑synchronization server project.
The Public Security Department of the Tibet Autonomous Region has department-level divisions, including the General Office, Political Department, Police Logistics Support Division, Party Committee of the Organs, Economic Crime Investigation Division, Public Order Administration Division, Criminal Investigation Division, Entry-Exit Administration Division, Cybersecurity Protection Division, Prison and Detention Center Management Division, Traffic Management Division, Legal Affairs Division, Supervision Division, Command Division, Drug Control Division, Science, Technology and Informationization Division, and Audit Division, each responsible for its respective areas of work.
The Tibet Public Security Department conducted an in-depth evaluation of the DNTS-7 time server, independently developed by Zhongxin Chuang. The results consistently exceeded the specified performance parameters, and the department expressed high satisfaction with both our product quality and after-sales service, leading to a successful procurement and deployment.

The DNTS-7 network time server, developed by Beijing Zhongxinchuang Technology Co., Ltd., is an intelligent, high-precision NTP network time server. The DNTS-7 obtains standard time information from systems such as GPS, BeiDou, GLONASS, Galileo, 4G, and CDMA, and provides standard time services over the network via NTP/SNTP or other network protocols. Devices in the network that require time synchronization—such as personal computers, servers, and controllers—can synchronize with international standard time.
When using GNSS satellite receivers simultaneously, priority can be configured; the system supports single‑receiver/dual‑receiver and single‑antenna/dual‑antenna configurations, with each receiver capable of operating in standalone or combined timing modes.
The DNTS-7 features 1 to 4 adaptive 10/100/1000 Mbps Ethernet ports, with physical isolation between ports to ensure data security. All ports can be configured on the same subnet or on different subnets, providing redundancy—failure of one port will not affect the normal operation of the others. Each Ethernet port must be assigned an independent IP address.
