Recently, the Wenzhou Air Traffic Control Station expressed a need for NTP clock synchronization. Beijing Zhongxin Chuang Company proactively collaborated to develop a detailed solution and recommended its independently developed and manufactured DNTS‑92‑OGB model as the bid‑winning product. Following a fiercely competitive bidding process, Zhongxin Chuang stood out thanks to its high‑quality products and comprehensive after‑sales service, ultimately securing the contract for the Wenzhou Air Traffic Control Station’s time‑server project.
The Wenzhou Air Traffic Management Station of the Civil Aviation Administration of China is a public institution at the department‑level, subordinate to the East China Regional Air Traffic Management Bureau. It primarily undertakes air traffic control and related duties within the Wenzhou Approach Control Area. Since Wenzhou Yongqiang Airport commenced operations in July 1990, Wenzhou ATC has traversed an 18‑year development trajectory. Originally established as the airport dispatch office upon the airport’s opening in July 1990, it was later reorganized into an aviation management station. In January 2002, it was separated from the airport and became an independent Wenzhou Air Traffic Management Station. The station is responsible for directing and coordinating civil aviation flight activities within its jurisdiction, providing air traffic control, communication, navigation, and surveillance services, as well as aeronautical information and meteorological support. It also oversees critical flight operations and search-and-rescue support for civil aircraft, striving to ensure the smooth flow of air routes and the safe operation of aircraft.
The Wenzhou Air Traffic Management Station conducted an in-depth evaluation of the DNTS-92-OGB product, independently developed by Zhongxin Chuang. The results fully met the on-site performance requirements, and the station expressed high satisfaction with both the quality of our time server and our after-sales service, leading to a successful procurement and deployment.
The DNTS-9 network time server, developed by Beijing Zhongxinchuang Technology Co., Ltd., is an advanced, intelligent, high-precision NTP network time server. The DNTS-9 network time server obtains standard time information from navigation and positioning satellite systems such as GPS, BeiDou, GLONASS, and Galileo, and provides standard time services over the network via NTP/SNTP or other network protocols. Devices in the network that require time synchronization, such as personal computers, servers, and controllers, can synchronize with international standard time.
When used in conjunction with GNSS satellite receivers, priority can be configured; the system supports single‑receiver/dual‑receiver and single‑antenna/dual‑antenna configurations, with each receiver capable of operating in standalone or combined timing modes. If both receivers and all other available time sources lose signal, the DNTS‑9 relies on its built-in temperature‑compensated crystal oscillator or rubidium atomic clock to maintain accurate timekeeping, continuously providing time services to external users.
In addition to serving as a primary‑level network time‑synchronization device, the DNTS‑9 can also function as a secondary‑level time server, enabling more effective time synchronization in large‑scale network environments. It provides precise standard time signals for systems such as distributed networks, computer security systems, file management systems, e‑commerce platforms, online B2B systems, and cloud database storage and maintenance. The DNTS‑9 has been successfully deployed across government, finance, mobile telecommunications, public security, petroleum, power, transportation, industrial, and defense sectors. Installation and operation of the DNTS‑9 network time server are straightforward: simply connect the satellite receiving antenna and link the network port to a network switch to achieve time synchronization across all devices on the network.
