The Daqing Petrochemical Project conducted an in-depth evaluation of the DNTS-78-GB time server, independently developed by Zhongxin Chuang. The results consistently exceeded the specified performance parameters, and the project team expressed high satisfaction with both our product quality and after-sales service, leading to a successful procurement and deployment.

The network time server DNTS-78-GB, developed by Beijing Zhongxinchuang Technology Co., Ltd., is a high-tech, intelligent, stand-alone time server based on the NTP/SNTP protocols. The DNTS-78-GB obtains standard clock signal information from GPS geostationary satellites or BeiDou satellites and transmits this information over the network, enabling devices that require time signals—such as computers and controllers—to synchronize with the standard clock. When both GPS and BeiDou receivers are used, a priority can be defined; by default, BeiDou takes precedence, with GPS serving as a backup. Standard clock information is transmitted via the TCP/IP network, and the DNTS-78-GB supports multiple popular time‑broadcasting protocols, including NTP and time/UDP, as well as Zhongxinchuang’s proprietary time‑broadcast packets with configurable UDP ports. The port numbers for NTP and time/UDP are fixed at 123 and 37, respectively, as specified in RFC-123 and RFC-37. Additionally, the DNTS-78 also supports the broadcast mode of the SNTP protocol.
DNTS-78-GB features eight 10/100 Mbps auto‑negotiating Ethernet ports, with physical isolation between ports to ensure data security. All ports can be configured to the same network segment or to different segments, and the device offers redundancy: a failure in one port will not affect the operation of the others. Each Ethernet port must be assigned an independent IP address.
