Recently, the Rencheng District People’s Hospital in Jining City expressed a need for clock synchronization. Beijing Zhongxin Chuang Company promptly collaborated to develop a detailed solution and recommended its independently developed and manufactured DNTS‑8 model as the bid‑winning product. Following a highly competitive bidding process, Zhongxin Chuang stood out thanks to its high‑quality products and comprehensive after‑sales service, ultimately securing the contract for the hospital’s time‑server project.

Jining Rencheng District People’s Hospital (West Campus of Jining First People’s Hospital) is a modern, Grade II-A general hospital. Founded in 1936, it has previously been known as St. Mary’s Hospital, Jining Workers’ Hospital, Jining Shizhong District People’s Hospital, and the Peking University School of Medicine Remote Collaboration Hospital. On December 6, 2010, the Shizhong District Government and Jining First People’s Hospital signed a joint‑operation agreement, resulting in the hospital being designated as the “West Campus of Jining First People’s Hospital” and the “Jining Branch of the Institute of Hematology, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences (Tianjin).”

The People’s Hospital of Rencheng District in Jining City conducted an in-depth evaluation of the DNTS‑8 series time server independently developed by Zhongxin Chuang. The results consistently exceeded the requirements of the on-site environment, and the hospital expressed high satisfaction with both our product quality and after-sales service, leading to a successful procurement and deployment.

 

The DNTS-86-OGB time server, developed by Beijing Zhongxinchuang Technology Co., Ltd., is a high-tech, intelligent, stand-alone clock synchronization server that operates based on the NTP/SNTP protocols and delivers high-precision time. The DNTS-86-OGB time server obtains standard clock signal information from GPS or BeiDou geostationary satellites and transmits this information across the network, enabling devices requiring time signals—such as computers and controllers—to synchronize with the standard clock. When both GPS and BeiDou receivers are in use, a priority can be configured; by default, BeiDou takes precedence, with GPS serving as a backup. If neither receiver receives a signal, the DNTS-86-OGB relies on its built-in temperature-compensated crystal oscillator for timekeeping, achieving a timing accuracy of up to 1E-9. The DNTS-86-OGB disseminates standard clock information via TCP/IP networks and supports multiple popular time‑broadcasting protocols, including NTP and time/UDP, as well as custom time‑broadcast packets defined by Zhongxinchuang Technology, which can be sent over user‑configurable UDP ports. The port numbers for NTP and time/UDP are fixed at 123 and 37, respectively, as specified in RFC-123 and RFC-37. Additionally, the DNTS-86-OGB supports the broadcast mode of the SNTP protocol.

DNTS-86-OGB features six 10/100 Mbps adaptive Ethernet ports, with physical isolation between ports to ensure complete data security. All ports can be configured on the same network segment or on different segments, and the device supports redundancy—failure of one port will not affect the normal operation of the others. Each Ethernet port must be assigned an independent IP address.
