Zhongxin Chuangwei provides Chifeng Fubang Copper Industry with a high-precision NTP server and a Beidou time‑synchronization solution.

Recently, Chifeng Fubang Copper Industry released Time synchronization server of the Procurement , Beijing Zhongxin Chuang Company has actively collaborated to develop a detailed plan for the user and recommended products independently researched and manufactured by Zhongxin Chuang. DNTS-9 High-Precision NTP Network Time Server ,凭借其卓越的北斗卫星授时性能、超高稳定性和完善的服务体系,在激烈的竞争中脱颖而出,成功中标 Chifeng Fubang Copper Industry The Beidou timing equipment project provides a robust time‑reference foundation for the company’s development of an intelligent operations and maintenance system.
Fubang Copper Industry on In January 2011, the company was wholly acquired by China Nonferrous Mining Group Co., Ltd. and placed under the management of Shenyang Mining Investment Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China Nonferrous Group. Originally designed with an annual crude copper production capacity of 100,000 tonnes, its actual supporting capacity stood at 55,000 tonnes. In accordance with the rectification requirements of the 2021 Central Environmental Inspection and with approval from the Group, Fubang Copper Industry invested RMB 600 million in 2023 to upgrade and modernize its technology for a 100,000‑tonne‑per‑year crude copper smelting project. Following 15 months of construction, the facility officially commenced trial operations with feedstock introduction on June 29, 2024.
The company primarily engages in blister copper smelting, utilizing oxygen-enriched side-blown smelting. A copper smelting enterprise employing a multi‑gun top‑blowing smelting process, integrated with sulfuric acid production from off‑gas, waste‑heat power generation, and slag beneficiation.

In addition to serving as a primary‑level network time‑synchronization device, the DNTS‑9 can also function as a secondary‑level time server, enabling more effective time synchronization in large‑scale network environments. It can provide precise standard time signals—via BeiDou timing—for systems such as distributed networks, computer security systems, file management systems, e‑commerce platforms, online B2B systems, and cloud database storage and maintenance. It has been successfully deployed across sectors including government, finance, mobile telecommunications, public security, petroleum, electric power, transportation, industry, and national defense. The DNTS-9HG network time server is extremely easy to install and use: simply connect the satellite receiving antenna and plug the network port into a network switch, and you can achieve time synchronization across all devices on the network.
◆GNSS satellite time synchronization (supports BeiDou, etc.), with a built-in rubidium atomic clock or rubidium atomic clock, serving as a Tier‑1 network time server.
◆ High throughput enables simultaneous synchronization of the clocks of tens of thousands of clients, servers, workstations, and other devices.
◆ Supports management via SSH, Telnet, Web, SNMP, and DNTS-Manager, enabling easy remote network login, administration, configuration, and maintenance.
◆ A single device with multiple network interfaces, or multiple devices with multiple network interfaces, can be configured to use the same IP address for hot backup.
◆High reliability, with an MTBF of 90,000 hours
◆ Supports heartbeat detection and hot switchover across multiple devices and network interfaces.
