Recently, the Xinjiang Radio and Television Administration issued a request for time‑server equipment. Beijing Zhongxin Chuang Co., Ltd. promptly collaborated to develop a detailed proposal and recommended its independently developed and manufactured DNTS‑94‑OGB model as the bid‑winning product. Following a fiercely competitive bidding process, Zhongxin Chuang stood out thanks to its high‑quality products and comprehensive after‑sales service, ultimately securing the time‑synchronization project from the Xinjiang Radio and Television Administration.
The Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Administration of Radio, Film and Television has formulated these Regulations in accordance with the “Reform Plan for the Institutions of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region” (Document No. 110 [2018] of the General Office) approved by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, as well as the “Implementation Opinions of the General Office of the Regional Party Committee and the General Office of the Regional People’s Government on the ‘Reform Plan for the Institutions of the Autonomous Region’” (Document No. 52 [2018] of the General Office of the Regional Party Committee).
The Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Administration of Radio, Film and Television is a directly affiliated institution of the People’s Government of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, at the level of a departmental bureau.
The Xinjiang Radio and Television Bureau conducted an in-depth evaluation of the DNTS-94-OGB series time server, independently developed by Zhongxin Chuang. The results exceeded all specified performance parameters, and the bureau expressed high satisfaction with both our product quality and after-sales service, leading to a successful procurement and deployment.

The DNTS-9 network time server, developed by Beijing Zhongxinchuang Technology Co., Ltd., is an intelligent, high-precision NTP network time server. The DNTS-9 obtains standard time information from navigation and positioning satellite systems such as GPS, BeiDou, GLONASS, and Galileo, and provides standard time services over the network via NTP/SNTP or other network protocols. Devices in the network that require time synchronization—such as personal computers, servers, and controllers—can synchronize with international standard time.
