Recently, the Xinjiang Air Traffic Management Bureau expressed a need for NTP clock synchronization. Beijing Zhongxin Chuang Company proactively collaborated to develop a detailed solution and recommended its self‑developed and manufactured DNTS‑92‑OGB model as the bid‑winning product. Following a fiercely competitive bidding process, Zhongxin Chuang stood out thanks to its high‑quality products and comprehensive after‑sales service, ultimately securing the contract for the Xinjiang Air Traffic Management Bureau’s time‑server project.

In accordance with the overarching requirements of civil aviation, the Xinjiang Air Traffic Management Bureau consistently upholds the safety policy of “safety first, prevention foremost, and comprehensive management,” and pursues the safety objectives of “safe and smooth operations, robust support, and high‑quality service.” The Bureau strives to provide users with safe, reliable, and high‑quality air traffic management services, thereby ensuring the safety and orderly flow of air traffic within the Xinjiang control area.

The Xinjiang Air Traffic Management Bureau conducted an in-depth evaluation of the DNTS-92-OGB product, independently developed by Zhongxin Chuang, and found that all test results fully meet the on-site parameter requirements. The bureau also expressed high satisfaction with the quality of our time server and our after-sales service, resulting in a successful procurement and deployment.

The DNTS-9 network time server, developed by Beijing Zhongxinchuang Technology Co., Ltd., is an advanced, intelligent, high-precision NTP network time server. The DNTS-9 network time server obtains standard time information from navigation and positioning satellite systems such as GPS, BeiDou, GLONASS, and Galileo, and provides standard time services over the network via NTP/SNTP or other network protocols. Devices in the network that require time synchronization, such as personal computers, servers, and controllers, can thus synchronize with international standard time.

When used in conjunction with GNSS satellite receivers, priority can be configured; the system supports single‑receiver/dual‑receiver and single‑antenna/dual‑antenna configurations, with each receiver capable of operating in either standalone or combined timing modes. If both receivers—and all other available time sources—lose signal, the DNTS‑9 relies on its built-in temperature‑compensated crystal oscillator or rubidium atomic clock to maintain accurate timekeeping, while continuously providing time services to external users.

In addition to serving as a primary‑level network time‑synchronization device, the DNTS‑9 can also function as a secondary‑level time server, enabling more effective time synchronization in large‑scale network environments. It provides precise standard time signals for systems such as distributed networks, computer security systems, file management systems, e‑commerce platforms, online B2B systems, and cloud database storage and maintenance. The DNTS‑9 has been successfully deployed across government, finance, mobile telecommunications, public security, petroleum, power, transportation, industrial, and defense sectors. Installation and operation of the DNTS‑9 network time server are exceptionally straightforward: simply connect the satellite receiving antenna and link the Ethernet port to a network switch to achieve time synchronization for all devices on the network.
