Zhongxin Chuangwei provides clock synchronization equipment to Hami Electric Power Co., Ltd.

Recently, Hami Electric Power Co., Ltd. issued a request for quotation for time servers. Beijing Zhongxin Chuang promptly collaborated to develop a detailed proposal and recommended its self‑developed and manufactured DNTS‑9 time server as the bid‑winning product. Following a highly competitive bidding process, Zhongxin Chuang stood out thanks to its high‑quality products and comprehensive after‑sales service, ultimately securing the contract for the time‑server project from Hami Electric Power Co., Ltd.

Xinjiang Huadian Hami Combined Heat and Power Co., Ltd. originally had an installed capacity of 344 MW, constructed in three phases. The first and second phases—comprising two 12‑MW units and two 25‑MW units—were commissioned in 1987 and 1996, respectively. The third‑phase expansion, adding two 135‑MW units (Units #5 and #6), was completed and put into operation at the end of 2002 and in 2003, respectively. In June 2008, in line with the “replace small with large” energy‑saving and emission‑reduction policy, three high‑consumption small units were shut down, leaving a current total installed capacity of 295 MW.

Hami Electric Power Co., Ltd. conducted an in-depth evaluation of the DNTS‑9 time server independently developed by Zhongxin Chuang, and the results exceeded all specified performance parameters. The company expressed high satisfaction with both the product’s quality and our after-sales service, and proceeded to place a successful order for its deployment.

The DNTS-9 network time server, developed by Beijing Zhongxinchuang Technology Co., Ltd., is an intelligent, high-precision NTP network time server. The DNTS-9 obtains standard time information from navigation and positioning satellite systems such as GPS, BeiDou, GLONASS, and Galileo, and provides standard time services over the network via NTP/SNTP or other network protocols. Devices in the network that require time synchronization—such as personal computers, servers, and controllers—can synchronize with international standard time.

When used in conjunction with GNSS satellite receivers, priority can be configured; the system supports single‑receiver/dual‑receiver and single‑antenna/dual‑antenna configurations, with each receiver capable of operating in either standalone or combined timing modes. If both receivers and all other available time sources lose signal, the DNTS‑9 relies on its built-in temperature‑compensated crystal oscillator or rubidium atomic clock to maintain accurate timekeeping, continuously providing time services to external users.

In addition to serving as a primary‑level network time‑synchronization device, the DNTS‑9 can also function as a secondary‑level time server, enabling more effective time synchronization in large‑scale network environments. It provides high‑precision standard time signals for systems such as distributed networks, computer security systems, file management systems, e‑commerce platforms, online B2B systems, and cloud database storage and maintenance. The DNTS‑9 has been successfully deployed across government, finance, mobile telecommunications, public security, petroleum, power, transportation, industrial, and defense sectors.

The DNTS-9 network time server is extremely easy to install and use: simply connect the satellite receiving antenna and plug the network port into a network switch, and you can achieve time synchronization across all devices on the network.

Client software Provides NTP‑based time‑synchronization software for Windows, running as a service. Client support includes operating systems such as Windows 98, NT, 2000, XP, Vista, 7, 8, 10, and Server 2008, Server 2012, Server 2016, among others.
Centralized management software

Overview: The DNTS-Manager centralized management software not only enables easy remote network login, monitoring, management, configuration, and maintenance, but also allows real-time monitoring of time‑synchronization status on both NTP servers and clients, supporting simultaneous monitoring of thousands of NTP servers and tens of thousands of client devices.

Client: request intervals, deviation limits exceeded, request timeouts, etc.

NTP Server: Monitors NTP server information, including uptime, synchronization status, network parameters, satellite time, server time, and synchronization with the reference source.

Alerts: Alerts can be generated via protocols such as Syslog, SNMP, and email, and you can configure alert types, severity levels, and other parameters to customize the reporting criteria.

Statistics: Records all time‑synchronization logs and alarm logs, storing them separately; also tallies the number of clients, their IP addresses, and the request records for each IP.

Security: All management channels can be configured with strong encryption and enabled with certificate-based authentication, ensuring that communication content cannot be intercepted or stolen, and preventing malicious tampering with device configurations that could cause network-wide failures, thereby enhancing network security.
