Zhongxin Chuangwei provides a precision clock to the Zhejiang Provincial Medium-Wave Transmission Management Center.

Zhongxin Chuangwei provides a precision clock to the Zhejiang Provincial Medium-Wave Transmission Management Center.

Recently, the Zhejiang Provincial Medium-Wave Transmission Management Center issued a request for a time server. Beijing Zhongxin Chuang Co., Ltd. proactively collaborated to develop a detailed proposal and recommended its independently developed and manufactured DNTS-94-OGB model as the bid‑winning product. Following a fiercely competitive bidding process, Zhongxin Chuang stood out thanks to its high‑quality products and comprehensive after‑sales service, ultimately securing the time‑synchronization project from the Zhejiang Provincial Medium-Wave Transmission Management Center.

The Zhejiang Provincial Medium-Wave Broadcasting Transmission Management Center (hereinafter referred to as the “Center”) was established in 2001. It is a purely public‑service institution approved by the Provincial Organization Committee and under the administration of the Zhejiang Radio and Television Group. In 2000, in accordance with a document issued by four central ministries, all provincial broadcasting relay stations were transferred en masse to provincial management. With approval from the Provincial Organization Committee, the Center was designated as a non‑profit public‑service entity, receiving full funding from the provincial treasury and reporting to the Zhejiang Radio and Television Group. Under the Group’s unified coordination, the Center is responsible for managing and coordinating technical, asset‑related, personnel, and financial matters across the province’s 30 broadcasting relay stations. The Center has an authorized staff complement of 15, including a director and deputy directors, and comprises an Office, a Planning and Finance Section, and a Technical Section. At present, the Center itself employs 10 staff members.

The Zhejiang Provincial Medium-Wave Transmission Management Center conducted an in-depth evaluation of the DNTS-94-OGB series time servers independently developed by Zhongxin Chuang. The results exceeded all specified performance parameters, and the center expressed high satisfaction with both our product quality and after-sales service, leading to a successful procurement and deployment.

The DNTS-9 network time server, developed by Beijing Zhongxinchuang Technology Co., Ltd., is an intelligent, high-precision NTP network time server. The DNTS-9 obtains standard time information from navigation and positioning satellite systems such as GPS, BeiDou, GLONASS, and Galileo, and provides standard time services over the network via NTP/SNTP or other network protocols. Devices in the network that require time synchronization—such as personal computers, servers, and controllers—can synchronize with international standard time.

Network protocol NTP v1, v2, v3, and v4 (RFC 1119 and RFC 1305), SNTP (RFC 2030), Authentication (RFC 1321), Telnet (RFC 854), UDP NTP Unicast, Broadcast, Multicast, Autokey, TIME (RFC 868), FTP (RFC 959), DAYTIME (RFC 867), DHCP (RFC 2131)
HTTP/SSL/HTTPS (RFC 2616), SSH/SCP (Internet Draft), SNMP v1, v2c, and v3, MIB II (RFC 1213), RSA asymmetric encryption, MD5 authentication, SHA authentication, AES encryption, DES encryption, RC4 encryption.
