The Hubei Provincial Rural Credit Cooperatives Union (hereinafter referred to as the Provincial Rural Credit Union) was established on July 28, 2005, and is responsible for the management, guidance, coordination, and service of all rural commercial banks across the province. The DNTS-9HG network time server, developed by Beijing Zhongxinchuang Technology Co., Ltd., is an intelligent, high-precision NTP network time server. It obtains standard time information from the GPS navigation and positioning satellite system and provides standard time services over the network via NTP/SNTP or other network protocols. Devices in the network that require time synchronization—such as personal computers, servers, controllers, and others—can synchronize with international standard time. When using a GNSS satellite receiver, users can define priority levels and configure single-receiver/dual-receiver or single-antenna/dual-antenna setups; each receiver can be set to operate in standalone or combined timing modes. If both receivers and other available time sources lose signal, the DNTS-9HG relies on its built-in temperature-compensated crystal oscillator for holdover and continues to provide uninterrupted time services.

In addition to serving as a primary‑level network time‑synchronization device, the DNTS‑9HG can also function as a secondary‑level time server, enabling more effective time synchronization in large‑scale network environments. It provides precise standard time signals for systems such as distributed networks, computer security systems, file management systems, e‑commerce platforms, online B2B systems, and cloud database storage and maintenance. The device has been successfully deployed across government, finance, mobile telecommunications, public security, petroleum, power, transportation, industrial, and defense sectors. Installation and operation of the DNTS‑9HG network time server are exceptionally straightforward: simply connect the satellite receiving antenna and link the network port to a network switch to achieve time synchronization for all devices on the network.
