Zhongxin Chuang has provided a precision clock to the Civil Aviation Administration of China, Northwest Regional Administration.

Recently, the Northwest Regional Administration of Civil Aviation of China issued a request for time servers. Beijing Zhongxin Chuang Co., Ltd. proactively collaborated to develop a detailed proposal and recommended its self‑developed and manufactured DNTS‑88‑OGB clock server as the bid‑winning product. Following a highly competitive bidding process, Zhongxin Chuang stood out thanks to its high‑quality products and comprehensive after‑sales service, ultimately securing the contract for the clock synchronization project from the Northwest Regional Administration of Civil Aviation of China.

Supervise and manage the use of funds for construction projects funded by national special allocations within the jurisdiction, as well as oversee basic construction activities. Civil Aviation Administration of China, Northwest Region Developed independently by Zhongxin Chuang DNTS-88-OGB Clock The servers underwent thorough testing, and the results consistently exceeded the specified performance requirements. Furthermore, our company expressed great satisfaction with both the product quality and the after-sales service, leading to a smooth procurement and successful deployment.

The DNTS-8 time server, developed by Beijing Zhongxinchuang Technology Co., Ltd., is a high-tech, intelligent, stand-alone clock synchronization server that operates based on the NTP/SNTP protocols and delivers high precision. The DNTS-8 time server acquires standard clock signal information from GPS or BeiDou geostationary satellites and transmits this information across the network, enabling devices requiring time signals—such as computers and controllers—to synchronize with the standard clock. When both GPS and BeiDou receivers are in use, a priority can be defined; by default, BeiDou takes precedence, with GPS serving as a backup. If neither receiver receives a signal, the DNTS-8 relies on its built-in temperature-compensated crystal oscillator for timekeeping, achieving a timing accuracy of up to 1E-9. The DNTS-8 disseminates standard clock information via TCP/IP networks and supports multiple popular time‑broadcasting protocols, including NTP and time/UDP, as well as Zhongxinchuang’s proprietary time‑broadcast data packets with configurable UDP ports. The port numbers for NTP and time/UDP are fixed at 123 and 37, respectively, as specified in RFC-123 and RFC-37. Additionally, the DNTS-8 supports the broadcast mode of the SNTP protocol.

Timekeeping Management Software Performance

Client-side time synchronization software:

Provides NTP‑based time‑synchronization software for Windows, running as a service and offering a monitoring, control, and configuration interface. Client support includes operating systems such as Windows 98, NT, 2000, XP, Vista, 7, Unix, Linux, AIX, and others.

DNTS Manager Network Time Synchronization System Monitoring Software:

Provides timing‑monitoring software for NTP servers and clients, enabling the monitoring of synchronization status and time offset on both NTP servers and timing clients, with alert and log generation. Alerts can be delivered via protocols such as Syslog and email. The system supports simultaneous monitoring of at least 1,000 NTP servers and at least 10,000 client devices. Monitoring includes NTP server information—such as uptime, synchronization status, and network parameters—as well as NTP server time‑synchronization status, including satellite time, server time, and synchronization with reference sources. Features also encompass server and client lists, comparison thresholds, and configurable settings for email and Syslog notifications, along with delivery‑status management.
