Zhongxin Chuang has provided clock synchronization equipment to China Water Conservancy and Hydropower No. 16 Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd.

Recently, China Water Conservancy and Hydropower No. 16 Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd. issued a tender for time servers. Beijing Zhongxin Chuang promptly collaborated to prepare a detailed proposal and recommended its independently developed and manufactured DNTS‑9 model as the bid‑winning product. Following a fiercely competitive bidding process, Zhongxin Chuang stood out thanks to its high‑quality products and comprehensive after‑sales service, ultimately securing the contract for the time‑synchronization equipment project from China Water Conservancy and Hydropower No. 16 Engineering Bureau.

China Water Conservancy and Hydropower No. 16 Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd. is a wholly owned subsidiary of China Power Construction Corporation, a Fortune Global 500 company. Established in 1955 under the original name China Water Conservancy and Hydropower Minjiang Engineering Bureau, it underwent a name change and restructuring in 2008. From its inception in 1955, the company undertook the construction of the Shangyou River Hydropower Station in Jiangxi Province. Following its entry into Fujian in 1957, it went on to build more than 80% of the province’s large- and medium-sized water conservancy and hydropower projects, including the Gutianxi, Ansha, Chitan, Shaxikou, Shuikou, and Mianhuatan hydropower stations, as well as key provincial infrastructure projects such as Fuzhou Yixu Airport, Xiamen Gaoqi Airport, and Fuzhou Changle Airport.

China Water Conservancy and Hydropower No. 16 Engineering Bureau Developed independently by Zhongxin Chuang DNTS-9 The time server underwent rigorous testing, and the results consistently exceeded the specified performance criteria. We are highly satisfied with both the product quality and the after-sales service, and have proceeded smoothly with procurement and deployment.

The DNTS-9 network time server, developed by Beijing Zhongxinchuang Technology Co., Ltd., is an intelligent, high-precision NTP network time server. The DNTS-9 obtains standard time information from navigation and positioning satellite systems such as GPS, BeiDou, GLONASS, and Galileo, and provides standard time services over the network via NTP/SNTP or other network protocols. Devices in the network that require time synchronization—such as personal computers, servers, and controllers—can synchronize with international standard time.

When used in conjunction with GNSS satellite receivers, priority can be configured; the system supports single‑receiver/dual‑receiver and single‑antenna/dual‑antenna configurations, with each receiver capable of operating in standalone or combined timing modes. If both receivers and all other available time sources lose signal, the DNTS‑9 relies on its built-in temperature‑compensated crystal oscillator or rubidium atomic clock to maintain accurate timekeeping, while continuously providing time services to external users.

DNTS-9 In addition to serving as a primary network time‑synchronization device, it can also function as a secondary time server, enabling more effective time synchronization in large‑scale network environments. It provides precise, standardized time signals for systems such as distributed networks, computer security systems, file management systems, e‑commerce platforms, online B2B systems, and cloud database storage and maintenance. It has been successfully deployed across government, finance, mobile telecommunications, public security, petroleum, power, transportation, industrial, and defense sectors.

DNTS-9 Network time servers are extremely easy to install and use: simply connect the satellite receiving antenna and plug the network port into a network switch, and you can achieve time synchronization across all devices on the network.

Client software

Provides NTP‑based time‑synchronization software for Windows, running as a service. Client support includes operating systems such as Windows 98, NT, 2000, XP, Vista, 7, 8, 10, and Server 2008, Server 2012, Server 2016, among others.

Centralized management software

Overview: The DNTS-Manager centralized management software not only enables easy remote network login, monitoring, management, configuration, and maintenance, but also allows real-time monitoring of time synchronization on both NTP servers and clients, supporting simultaneous monitoring of thousands of NTP servers and tens of thousands of client devices.

Client: request intervals, deviation limits exceeded, request timeouts, etc.

NTP Server: NTP server information monitoring, including uptime, synchronization status, network parameters, satellite time, server time, and synchronization with the reference source.

Alerts: Alerts can be generated via protocols such as Syslog, SNMP, and email, and you can configure alert types, severity levels, and other parameters to customize the reporting criteria.

Statistics: Records all time‑synchronization logs and alarm logs, storing them separately; also tallies the number of clients, their IP addresses, and the request records for each IP.
Security: All management channels can be configured with strong encryption and enabled with certificate-based authentication, ensuring that communication content cannot be intercepted or stolen, and preventing malicious tampering with device configurations that could cause network-wide failures, thereby enhancing network security.
