Recently, the Yixing Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security issued a tender for time servers. Beijing Zhongxin Chuang Co., Ltd. proactively collaborated to develop a detailed proposal and recommended its independently developed and manufactured DNTS‑9 model as the bid‑winning product. Following a fiercely competitive bidding process, Zhongxin Chuang stood out thanks to its high‑quality products and comprehensive after‑sales service, ultimately securing the contract for the time‑synchronization equipment project from the Yixing Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security.
The Yixing Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security is a functional department of the People’s Government, responsible for implementing laws, regulations, and rules pertaining to human resources and social security, as well as for carrying out the national, provincial, and Wuxi municipal plans and policies for the development of human resources and social security.
The Yixing Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security conducted an in-depth evaluation of the DNTS‑9 series time servers independently developed by Zhongxin Chuang. The results exceeded all specified performance parameters, and the bureau expressed high satisfaction with both our product quality and after-sales service, resulting in a successful procurement and deployment.

The DNTS-9 network time server, developed by Beijing Zhongxinchuang Technology Co., Ltd., is an intelligent, high-precision NTP network time server. The DNTS-9 obtains standard time information from navigation and positioning satellite systems such as GPS, BeiDou, GLONASS, and Galileo, and provides standard time services over the network via NTP/SNTP or other network protocols. Devices in the network that require time synchronization—such as personal computers, servers, and controllers—can synchronize with international standard time. When using GNSS satellite receivers, users can define priority levels and configure single-receiver/dual-receiver or single-antenna/dual-antenna setups; each receiver can be set to operate in standalone or combined timing modes. If both receivers and other available time sources lose signal, the DNTS-9 relies on its built-in temperature-compensated crystal oscillator or rubidium atomic clock to maintain accurate timekeeping and continuously provide time services to external devices.
In addition to serving as a primary‑level network time‑synchronization device, the DNTS‑9 can also function as a secondary‑level time server, enabling more effective time synchronization in large‑scale network environments. The DNTS‑9 network time server is extremely easy to install and deploy: simply connect the satellite receiving antenna and link the Ethernet port to a network switch, and the entire network will achieve synchronized time across all connected devices.
