Congratulations to the Capital Institute of Physical Education on its procurement of XinChuang network time server equipment.

Congratulations to the Capital Institute of Physical Education on its procurement of XinChuang network time server equipment.

Recently, the Capital Physical Education College issued a procurement announcement for a time server. Beijing Zhongxin Chuang Co., Ltd. proactively collaborated with the college to develop a detailed proposal and recommended its independently developed and manufactured DNTS‑9 model as the bid‑winning product. Following a fiercely competitive bidding process, Zhongxin Chuang stood out thanks to its high‑quality products and comprehensive after‑sales service, ultimately securing the contract for the Capital Physical Education College’s time‑server project.

Capital Physical Education College is a sports-oriented institution under the jurisdiction of the Beijing Municipal Government. Ordinary undergraduate institutions , located at Beijing City Haidian District, bordering to the west Zhongguancun Science Park The district is bordered to the east by the Jimen Yanshu Scenic Area. The school was founded in 1956, originally named “Beijing Sports School.” In 1960, it was reorganized as “Beijing Institute of Physical Education,” and in 2000, it adopted its current name. Capital Physical Education College ”, in 2003 it obtained the authority to confer doctoral and master’s degrees, for… Institutions Accepting International Students on the Chinese Government Scholarship

Capital Physical Education Institute conducted an in-depth evaluation of the DNTS‑9 time server, independently developed by Zhongxin Chuang. The results consistently exceeded the specified performance parameters, and the institute expressed high satisfaction with both our product quality and after-sales service, proceeding to place a successful order and put the system into operation.

The DNTS-9 network time server, developed by Beijing Zhongxinchuang Technology Co., Ltd., is an advanced, intelligent, high-precision NTP network time server. The DNTS-9 obtains standard time information from navigation and positioning satellite systems such as GPS, BeiDou, GLONASS, and Galileo, and provides standard time services over the network via NTP/SNTP or other network protocols. Devices in the network that require time synchronization—such as personal computers, servers, and controllers—can thereby synchronize with international standard time.

When used in conjunction with GNSS satellite receivers, priority can be configured; the system supports single‑receiver/dual‑receiver and single‑antenna/dual‑antenna configurations, with each receiver capable of operating in either standalone or combined timing modes. If both receivers and all other available time sources lose signal, the DNTS‑9 relies on its built-in temperature‑compensated crystal oscillator or rubidium atomic clock to maintain accurate timekeeping, continuously providing time services to external users.

In addition to serving as a primary‑level network time‑synchronization device, the DNTS‑9 can also function as a secondary‑level time server, enabling more effective time synchronization in large‑scale network environments. It provides precise standard time signals for systems such as distributed networks, computer security systems, file management systems, e‑commerce platforms, online B2B systems, and cloud database storage and maintenance. The DNTS‑9 has been successfully deployed across government, finance, mobile telecommunications, public security, petroleum, power, transportation, industrial, and defense sectors. Installation and operation of the DNTS‑9 network time server are exceptionally straightforward: simply connect the satellite receiving antenna and link the Ethernet port to a network switch to achieve time synchronization for all devices on the network.
