Congratulations to Zhongxin Chuang on winning the bid for the DNTS-8 time synchronization equipment for Gansu CECEP Wind Power.

Congratulations to Zhongxin Chuang for winning the bid for the DNTS-8 time synchronization equipment for Gansu China Energy Conservation Wind Power Generation.

Recently, Gansu Zhongjie Neng Wind Power Generation Co., Ltd. issued a procurement announcement for time servers. Beijing Zhongxin Chuang promptly collaborated to develop a detailed proposal for the client and recommended its independently developed and manufactured DNTS‑84 model as the bid‑winning product. Following a fiercely competitive bidding process, Zhongxin Chuang stood out thanks to its high‑quality products and comprehensive after‑sales service, ultimately securing the contract for the time server project from Gansu Zhongjie Neng Wind Power Generation Co., Ltd.

China Energy Conservation Wind Power Co., Ltd. (stock abbreviation: Jingneng Wind Power; stock code: 601016) is a modern joint-stock company controlled by China Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Group Co., Ltd. The company was listed on the Main Board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange on September 29, 2014, and is a constituent stock of both the CSI 500 Index and the SSE 380 Index. Its predecessor, China Energy Conservation Wind Power Investment Co., Ltd., was established through investment by China Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Group Co., Ltd. in response to the national call to build a resource‑conserving and environmentally friendly society, with the aim of accelerating the development of wind power and other renewable energy sources and aligning with the Group’s strategic objectives for its core business. The company specializes in wind power project development, investment management, construction, and operation and maintenance.

Gansu Zhongjie Neng Wind Power Generation Co., Ltd. conducted an in-depth evaluation of the DNTS‑84 time server independently developed by Zhongxin Chuang, and the results all exceeded the specified performance requirements. The company also expressed high satisfaction with our product quality and after-sales service, proceeding to place a successful order and put the system into operation.

The DNTS-84-OGB time server, developed by Beijing Zhongxinchuang Technology Co., Ltd., is a high-tech, intelligent, stand-alone clock synchronization server that operates based on the NTP/SNTP protocols and delivers high-precision time. The DNTS-84-OGB time server obtains standard clock signal information from GPS or BeiDou geostationary satellites and transmits this information across the network, enabling devices requiring time signals—such as computers and controllers—to synchronize with the standard clock. When both GPS and BeiDou receivers are in use, a priority can be configured; by default, BeiDou takes precedence, with GPS serving as a backup. If neither receiver receives a signal, the DNTS-84-OGB relies on its built-in temperature-compensated crystal oscillator for timekeeping, achieving a timing accuracy of up to 1E-9. The DNTS-84-OGB disseminates standard clock information over TCP/IP networks and supports multiple popular time‑broadcasting protocols, including NTP and time/UDP, as well as Zhongxinchuang’s proprietary time‑broadcast data packets with configurable UDP ports. The port numbers for NTP and time/UDP are fixed at 123 and 37, respectively, as specified in RFC-123 and RFC-37. Additionally, the DNTS-84-OGB supports the broadcast mode of the SNTP protocol.

Timekeeping Management Software Performance

Client-side time synchronization software:

Provides NTP‑based time‑synchronization software for Windows, running as a service and offering a monitoring, control, and configuration interface. Client support includes operating systems such as Windows 98, NT, 2000, XP, Vista, 7, Unix, Linux, AIX, and others.

DNTS-Manager Network Time Synchronization System Monitoring Software:

Provides timing‑monitoring software for NTP servers and clients, enabling the monitoring of synchronization and time‑offset status on both NTP servers and timing clients, with alert and log generation. Alerts can be delivered via syslog, email, and other protocols. The system supports simultaneous monitoring of at least 1,000 NTP servers and at least 10,000 client devices. Monitoring includes NTP server information such as uptime, synchronization status, and network parameters; it also tracks NTP server time‑synchronization status, including satellite time, server time, and synchronization with reference sources. Features include management of server and client lists, threshold settings, and configuration options for email and syslog notifications, along with delivery‑status controls.
