Zhongxin Chuangwei provides a precision clock to the National Ocean Technology Center.

Zhongxin Chuangwei provides a precision clock to the National Ocean Technology Center.

Recently, the National Ocean Technology Center issued a request for proposals for a time server. Beijing Zhongxin Chuang Co., Ltd. proactively collaborated to develop a detailed solution and recommended its self‑developed and manufactured DNTS‑81‑OG clock server as the bid‑winning product. Following a highly competitive bidding process, Zhongxin Chuang stood out thanks to its high‑quality products and comprehensive after‑sales service, ultimately securing the contract for the National Ocean Technology Center’s clock synchronization project.

The National Ocean Technology Center was established in 1965 and is affiliated with… Ministry of Natural Resources of the People’s Republic of China A national public-interest institution located in Tianjin.

The National Ocean Technology Center conducted an in-depth evaluation of the DNTS-81-OG clock server, independently developed by Zhongxin Chuang. The results consistently exceeded the specified performance parameters, and the center expressed high satisfaction with both our product quality and after-sales service, leading to a successful procurement and deployment.

The DNTS-81-OG time server, developed by Beijing Zhongxinchuang Technology Co., Ltd., is a high-tech, intelligent, stand-alone clock synchronization server that operates based on the NTP/SNTP protocols and delivers high precision. The DNTS-81-OG time server obtains standard clock signal information from GPS geostationary satellites and transmits this information across the network, enabling devices requiring time signals—such as computers and controllers—to synchronize with the standard clock. When all receivers lose signal, the DNTS-81-OG relies on its built-in temperature-compensated crystal oscillator for timekeeping, achieving a timing accuracy of up to 1E-9. The DNTS-81-0G disseminates standard clock information via TCP/IP networks and supports multiple popular time‑broadcasting protocols, including NTP and time/UDP; it also accommodates custom‑defined time‑broadcast packets with configurable UDP ports. The port numbers for NTP and time/UDP are fixed at 123 and 37, respectively, as specified in RFC-123 and RFC-37. Additionally, the DNTS-81-0G supports the broadcast mode of the SNTP protocol.

Product dimensions 19-inch 1U
Receiver Built-in GPS receiver
Built-in clock Built-in temperature-compensated crystal oscillator; even when satellite signals are lost, it continues to output a standard time signal.
Liquid crystal display

LCD displays time in two lines of 20 characters each, showing the current time, the number of satellites, and the device’s operating status.

LEDs indicate power status, satellite lock status, hold‑over operation, alarms, and NTP validity.

Throughput Can handle 2,000 time requests per second per port.
