Recently, Linshu County People’s Hospital issued a procurement announcement for a time server. Beijing Zhongxin Chuang Company proactively collaborated with the hospital to develop a detailed proposal and recommended its independently developed and manufactured DNTS‑8 model as the bid‑winning product. Following a fiercely competitive bidding process, Zhongxin Chuang stood out thanks to its high‑quality products and comprehensive after‑sales service, ultimately securing the contract for the Linshu County People’s Hospital time‑server project.
Linshu County People’s Hospital was founded in 1949. Through the dedicated efforts of several generations, it has grown into a comprehensive Grade II-A hospital with complete functions, state-of-the-art equipment, and robust technical expertise. It is recognized as a National Baby-Friendly Hospital, a remote consultation partner of Shandong Provincial Hospital, a medical‑technical cooperation hospital of the PLA Navy General Hospital, a medical‑technical cooperation hospital of Qingdao Fuwai Hospital, a medical‑technical cooperation hospital of the PLA Rocket Force Medical Center, and a technical collaboration hospital of the Ophthalmology Hospital of the China Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Linshu County People’s Hospital conducted an in-depth evaluation of the DNTS‑8 time server independently developed by Zhongxin Chuang. The results consistently exceeded the specified performance parameters, and the hospital expressed high satisfaction with both our product quality and after-sales service, leading to a successful procurement and deployment.
The DNTS-84-OGB time server, developed by Beijing Zhongxinchuang Technology Co., Ltd., is a high-tech, intelligent, stand-alone clock synchronization server that operates based on the NTP/SNTP protocols and delivers high precision. The DNTS-84-OGB time server obtains standard clock signal information from GPS or BeiDou geostationary satellites and transmits this information across the network, enabling devices requiring time signals—such as computers and controllers—to synchronize with the standard clock. When both GPS and BeiDou receivers are used, a priority can be configured; by default, BeiDou takes precedence, with GPS serving as a backup. If neither receiver has a signal, the DNTS-84-OGB relies on its built-in temperature-compensated crystal oscillator for timekeeping, achieving a timing accuracy of up to 1E-9. The DNTS-84-OGB disseminates standard clock information via TCP/IP networks and supports multiple popular time‑broadcasting protocols, including NTP and time/UDP, as well as Zhongxinchuang’s proprietary time‑broadcast data packets with configurable UDP ports. The port numbers for NTP and time/UDP are fixed at 123 and 37, respectively, as specified in RFC-123 and RFC-37. Additionally, the DNTS-84-OGB supports the broadcast mode of the SNTP protocol.
