Zhongxin Chuangwei provides clock synchronization equipment to Ankang Municipal Maternal and Child Health Hospital.

Recently, the Ankang Municipal Maternal and Child Health Hospital issued a request for a time server. Beijing Zhongxin Chuang Company promptly collaborated to develop a detailed proposal and recommended its self‑developed and manufactured DNTS‑9 model as the bid‑winning product. Following a fiercely competitive bidding process, Zhongxin Chuang stood out thanks to its high‑quality products and comprehensive after‑sales service, ultimately securing the clock‑synchronization project for the Ankang Municipal Maternal and Child Health Hospital.

Ankang Municipal Maternal and Child Health Hospital was founded in 1964. It is a national Grade III public maternal and child health institution that integrates medical care, emergency services, health promotion, rehabilitation, education, and scientific research for women and children. The hospital is a member of the Chinese Association of Maternal and Child Health, and serves as the Prenatal Screening Center, the Newborn Disease Screening Center, and the Critical Maternal and Neonatal Care Center of Ankang City.

Ankang Municipal Maternal and Child Health Hospital Developed independently by Zhongxin Chuang DNTS-9 series The time server underwent rigorous testing, and the results consistently exceeded the specified performance parameters. We are highly satisfied with both the product quality and the after-sales service, and have proceeded smoothly with procurement and deployment.

The DNTS-9 network time server, developed by Beijing Zhongxinchuang Technology Co., Ltd., is an intelligent, high-precision NTP network time server. The DNTS-9 obtains standard time information from navigation and positioning satellite systems such as GPS, BeiDou, GLONASS, and Galileo, and provides standard time services over the network via NTP/SNTP or other network protocols. Devices in the network that require time synchronization—such as personal computers, servers, and controllers—can synchronize with international standard time.

When used in conjunction with GNSS satellite receivers, priority can be configured; the system supports single‑receiver/dual‑receiver and single‑antenna/dual‑antenna configurations, with each receiver capable of operating in either standalone or combined timing modes. If both receivers and all other available time sources lose signal, the DNTS‑9 relies on its built-in temperature‑compensated crystal oscillator or rubidium atomic clock to maintain accurate timekeeping, while continuously providing time services to external users.

In addition to serving as a primary‑level network time‑synchronization device, the DNTS‑9 can also function as a secondary‑level time server, enabling more effective time synchronization in large‑scale network environments. It provides precise standard time signals for systems such as distributed networks, computer security systems, file management systems, e‑commerce platforms, online B2B systems, and cloud database storage and maintenance. The DNTS‑9 has been successfully deployed across government, finance, mobile telecommunications, public security, petroleum, power, transportation, industrial, and defense sectors.

The DNTS-9 network time server is extremely easy to install and use: simply connect the satellite receiving antenna and plug the network port into a network switch, and you can achieve time synchronization across all devices on the network.

Client software

Provides NTP‑based time‑synchronization software for Windows, running as a service. Client support includes operating systems such as Windows 98, NT, 2000, XP, Vista, 7, 8, 10, and Server 2008, Server 2012, Server 2016, among others.

Centralized management software

Overview: The DNTS-Manager centralized management software not only enables easy remote network login, monitoring, management, configuration, and maintenance, but also allows real-time monitoring of time‑synchronization status on both NTP servers and clients, supporting simultaneous monitoring of thousands of NTP servers and tens of thousands of client devices.

Client: request intervals, deviation limits exceeded, request timeouts, etc.

NTP Server: Monitors NTP server information, including uptime, synchronization status, network parameters, satellite time, server time, and synchronization with the reference source.

Alerts: Alerts can be generated via protocols such as Syslog, SNMP, and email, and you can configure alert types, severity levels, and other parameters to customize the reporting criteria.

Statistics: Records all time‑synchronization logs and alarm logs, storing them separately; also tallies the number of clients, their IP addresses, and the request records for each IP.
Security: Various management channels can be configured with strong encryption and enabled with certificate-based authentication, ensuring that communication content cannot be intercepted or stolen, and preventing malicious tampering with device configurations that could cause network-wide failures, thereby enhancing network security.
