Recently, the Wuzhou Municipal Public Security Bureau issued a request for a time server. Beijing Zhongxin Chuang Company proactively collaborated to develop a detailed proposal and recommended its independently developed and manufactured DNTS‑9 model as the bid‑winning product. Following a fiercely competitive bidding process, Zhongxin Chuang stood out thanks to its high‑quality products and comprehensive after‑sales service, ultimately securing the Wuzhou Municipal Public Security Bureau’s time‑server project.
Wuzhou City The Public Security Bureau has a Political Department, Youth League Committee , Party Office, Discipline Inspection Commission , bureau Office …including 22 mid-level administrative units such as the Command Center, Household Registration Office, and Entry-Exit Administration Bureau; there are also three public security sub-bureaus—Wanxiu, Changzhou, and Longxu—and… Cangwu 、 Cenxi 、 Feng County 、 Mengshan Four county (city) public security bureaus; eight detachments, including the Criminal Investigation Detachment, the Traffic Police Detachment, the Public Order Management Detachment, the Police Supervision Detachment, the Special Patrol and Police Detachment, and the Cybersecurity Protection Detachment.
The Wuzhou Municipal Public Security Bureau conducted an in-depth evaluation of the DNTS‑9 series time server, independently developed by Zhongxin Chuang. The results consistently exceeded the specified performance parameters, and the bureau expressed high satisfaction with both our product quality and after-sales service, leading to a successful procurement and deployment.

The DNTS-9 network time server, developed by Beijing Zhongxinchuang Technology Co., Ltd., is an intelligent, high-precision NTP network time server. The DNTS-9 obtains standard time information from navigation and positioning satellite systems such as GPS, BeiDou, GLONASS, and Galileo, and provides standard time services over the network via NTP/SNTP or other network protocols. Devices in the network that require time synchronization—such as personal computers, servers, and controllers—can synchronize with international standard time.
In addition to serving as a primary‑level network time‑synchronization device, the DNTS‑9 can also function as a secondary‑level time server, enabling more effective time synchronization in large‑scale network environments. It provides precise standard time signals for systems such as distributed networks, computer security systems, file management systems, e‑commerce platforms, online B2B systems, and cloud database storage and maintenance. The DNTS‑9 has been successfully deployed across government, finance, mobile telecommunications, public security, petroleum, power, transportation, industrial, and defense sectors. Installation and operation of the DNTS‑9 network time server are exceptionally straightforward: simply connect the satellite receiving antenna and link the Ethernet port to a network switch to achieve time synchronization for all devices on the network.
