Zhongxin Chuangwei provides an NTP time server for Zhejiang Rural Credit Union.

Recently, Zhejiang Rural Credit Union issued a requirements specification for a clock synchronization system. Beijing Zhongxin Chuang promptly collaborated to develop a detailed solution and recommended its self‑developed and manufactured DNTS‑9 time server as the bid‑winning product. Following a highly competitive bidding process, Zhongxin Chuang stood out thanks to its high‑quality products and comprehensive after‑sales service, ultimately securing the contract for Zhejiang Rural Credit Union’s clock synchronization system project.

Zhejiang Provincial Rural Credit Cooperatives were established in 1952. Over the years, they underwent various historical phases, including administration under the People’s Communes and trusteeship by the State Bank. In 1996, they were decoupled from the Agricultural Bank of China and placed under the supervision of the People’s Bank of China and the China Banking Regulatory Commission. In June 2003, the State Council’s “Pilot Plan for Deepening the Reform of Rural Credit Cooperatives” (Document No. 15 [2003] issued by the State Council) assigned responsibility for the management of credit cooperatives to the provincial governments, stipulating that provincial authorities should not delegate such management powers to prefectural (city), county, or township governments.

The DNTS-9 network time server, developed by Beijing Zhongxinchuang Technology Co., Ltd., is an intelligent, high-precision NTP network time server. The DNTS-9 obtains standard time information from navigation and positioning satellite systems such as GPS, BeiDou, GLONASS, and Galileo, and provides standard time services over the network via NTP/SNTP or other network protocols. Devices in the network that require time synchronization—such as personal computers, servers, and controllers—can synchronize with international standard time.
