Zhongxin Chuang has provided a time synchronization server to the 45th Research Institute of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation.

Recently, the 45th Research Institute of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation issued a request for proposals for a time server. Beijing Zhongxin Chuang Co., Ltd. responded proactively by preparing a detailed solution and recommending its self-developed and manufactured DNTS‑9 model as the bid‑winning product. Following a fiercely competitive bidding process, Zhongxin Chuang stood out thanks to its high‑quality products and comprehensive after‑sales service, ultimately securing the contract for the time‑synchronization server project from the 45th Research Institute of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation.
The 45th Research Institute of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “Institute 45”) was founded in 1958. In 1966, amid the national “Third Front” construction campaign, it relocated from Tianjin to Pingliang County, Gansu Province. In 1997, it established a branch office in the Yanjiao Economic and Technological Development Zone in Hebei Province, and in 2007 began constructing its headquarters base in the Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone.
The 45th Research Institute of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation Developed independently by Zhongxin Chuang DNTS-9 The time server underwent rigorous testing, and the results consistently exceeded the specified performance parameters. We were highly satisfied with both the product quality and the after-sales service, and proceeded to place an order and put it into operation without a hitch.

The DNTS-9 network time server, developed by Beijing Zhongxinchuang Technology Co., Ltd., is an intelligent, high-precision NTP network time server. The DNTS-9 obtains standard time information from navigation and positioning satellite systems such as GPS, BeiDou, GLONASS, and Galileo, and provides standard time services over the network via NTP/SNTP or other network protocols. Devices in the network that require time synchronization—such as personal computers, servers, and controllers—can synchronize with international standard time.
When used in conjunction with GNSS satellite receivers, priority can be configured; the system supports single‑receiver/dual‑receiver and single‑antenna/dual‑antenna configurations, with each receiver capable of operating in standalone or combined timing modes. If both receivers—and all other available time sources—lose signal, the DNTS‑9 relies on its built-in temperature‑compensated crystal oscillator or rubidium atomic clock to maintain accurate timekeeping, while continuously providing time services to external users.
DNTS-9 In addition to serving as a primary network time‑synchronization device, it can also function as a secondary time server, enabling more effective time synchronization in large‑scale network environments. It provides precise standard time signals for systems such as distributed networks, computer security systems, file management systems, e‑commerce platforms, online B2B systems, and the storage and maintenance of cloud databases. It has been successfully deployed across government, finance, mobile telecommunications, public security, petroleum, power, transportation, industrial, and defense sectors.
DNTS-9 Network time servers are extremely easy to install and use: simply connect the satellite receiving antenna and plug the network port into a network switch, and you can achieve time synchronization across all devices on the network.
| Client software |
Provides NTP‑based time‑synchronization software for Windows, running as a service. Client support includes operating systems such as Windows 98, NT, 2000, XP, Vista, 7, 8, 10, and Server 2008, Server 2012, Server 2016, among others. |
| Centralized management software |
Overview: The DNTS-Manager centralized management software not only enables easy remote network login, monitoring, management, configuration, and maintenance, but also allows real-time monitoring of time synchronization on both NTP servers and clients, supporting simultaneous monitoring of thousands of NTP servers and tens of thousands of client devices. Client: request interval, deviation exceeding the threshold, request timeout, etc. NTP Server: NTP server information monitoring, including uptime, synchronization status, network parameters, satellite time, server time, and synchronization with the reference source. Alerts: Alerts can be generated via protocols such as Syslog, SNMP, and email, and you can configure alert types, severity levels, and other parameters to customize the reporting criteria. Statistics: Records all time‑synchronization logs and alarm logs, storing them separately; also tallies the number of clients, their IP addresses, and the request records for each IP.
