Zhongxin Chuangwei provides clock synchronization equipment to the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Highway Administration.

Zhongxin Chuangwei provides clock synchronization equipment to the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Highway Administration.

Recently, the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Highway Administration issued a request for time servers. Beijing Zhongxin Chuang Company proactively collaborated to develop a detailed proposal and recommended its independently developed and manufactured DNTS‑8 time server as the bid‑winning product. Following a fiercely competitive bidding process, Zhongxin Chuang stood out thanks to its high‑quality products and comprehensive after‑sales service, ultimately securing the contract for the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Highway Administration’s time‑synchronization server project.

The Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Highway Administration is a sub‑departmental public institution under the administration of the Autonomous Region’s Department of Transport.

The Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Highway Administration conducted an in-depth evaluation of the DNTS-8 time server, independently developed by Zhongxin Chuang. The results consistently exceeded the specified performance parameters, and the administration expressed high satisfaction with both the product’s quality and our after-sales service, leading to a successful procurement and deployment.

The DNTS-8 time server, developed by Beijing Zhongxinchuang Technology Co., Ltd., is a high-tech, intelligent, stand-alone clock synchronization server that operates based on the NTP/SNTP protocols and delivers high precision. The DNTS-8 time server obtains standard clock signal information from GPS geostationary satellites and transmits this information across the network, enabling devices requiring time signals—such as computers and controllers—to synchronize with the standard clock. When all receivers lose signal, the DNTS-8 relies on its built-in temperature-compensated crystal oscillator for timekeeping, achieving a timing accuracy of up to 1E-9. The DNTS-8 uses standard clock information transmitted over TCP/IP networks and supports multiple popular time‑broadcasting protocols, including NTP and time/UDP; it can also accommodate custom time‑broadcast packets defined by Zhongxinchuang Technology, with configurable UDP ports. The port numbers for NTP and time/UDP are fixed at 123 and 37, respectively, as specified in RFC-123 and RFC-37. Additionally, the DNTS-8 supports the broadcast mode of the SNTP protocol.

Receiver

Built-in GPS receiver

Built-in clock

Built-in temperature-compensated crystal oscillator; even when satellite signals are lost, it continues to output a standard time signal.

Liquid crystal display

LCD displays time in two lines of 20 characters each, showing the current time, the number of satellites, and the device’s operating status.

LEDs indicate power status, satellite lock status, holdover operation, alarms, and NTP validity.
