The DNTS-9 network time server, developed by Beijing Zhongxinchuang Technology Co., Ltd., is an intelligent, high-precision NTP network time server. The DNTS-9 obtains standard time information from the GPS navigation and positioning satellite system and provides standard time services over the network via NTP/SNTP or other network protocols. Devices in the network that require time synchronization—such as personal computers, servers, and controllers—can synchronize with international standard time. When using a GNSS satellite receiver, users can define priority levels and configure single-receiver/dual-receiver or single-antenna/dual-antenna setups; each receiver can be set to operate in standalone or combined timing modes. If both receivers and other available time sources lose signal, the DNTS-9 relies on its built-in temperature-compensated crystal oscillator to maintain accurate timekeeping and continues to provide uninterrupted time services to external devices.

In addition to serving as a primary‑level network time‑synchronization device, the DNTS‑9 can also function as a secondary‑level time server, enabling more effective time synchronization in large‑scale network environments. It provides precise standard time signals for systems such as distributed networks, computer security systems, file management systems, e‑commerce platforms, online B2B systems, and cloud database storage and maintenance.
