Recently, Fuzhou Changle Airport issued a tender for a time server. Beijing Zhongxin Chuang promptly collaborated to develop a detailed proposal and recommended its self‑developed and manufactured DNTS‑9 time server as the bid‑winning product. Fuzhou Changle International Airport (IATA: FOC, ICAO: ZSFZ), commonly referred to as Fuzhou Airport, is located in Fuzhou City, Fujian Province, China. Changle District Zhanggang Subdistrict Jinhu Meixian Airport [78], located approximately 39 kilometers from downtown Fuzhou, is a 4E‑class civil international airport, a regional hub, a gateway hub for the “Maritime Silk Road,” and a member of the East China airport cluster.
Fuzhou Changle Airport conducted an in-depth evaluation of the DNTS‑9 time server, independently developed by Zhongxin Chuang, and found that all measured performance metrics exceeded the specified requirements. The DNTS-9 network time server, developed by Beijing Zhongxinchuang Technology Co., Ltd., is an intelligent, high-precision NTP network time server. The DNTS-9 obtains standard time information from navigation and positioning satellite systems such as GPS, BeiDou, GLONASS, and Galileo, and provides standard time services over the network via NTP/SNTP or other network protocols. Devices in the network that require time synchronization—such as personal computers, servers, and controllers—can synchronize with international standard time.
When using GNSS satellite receivers simultaneously, priority can be configured; the system supports single‑receiver/dual‑receiver and single‑antenna/dual‑antenna configurations, with each receiver capable of operating in standalone or combined timing modes. If both receivers and all other available time sources lose signal, the DNTS‑9 relies on its built-in temperature‑controlled crystal oscillator or rubidium atomic clock to maintain timekeeping and continuously provides time services to external users.
In addition to serving as a primary‑level network time‑synchronization device, the DNTS‑9 can also function as a secondary‑level time server, enabling more effective time synchronization in large‑scale network environments. It provides high‑precision standard time signals for systems such as distributed networks, computer security systems, file management systems, e‑commerce platforms, online B2B systems, and cloud database storage and maintenance. The DNTS‑9 has been successfully deployed across government, finance, mobile telecommunications, public security, petroleum, power, transportation, industrial, and defense sectors.
The DNTS-9 network time server is extremely easy to install and use: simply connect the satellite receiving antenna and plug the network port into a network switch, and you can achieve time synchronization across all devices on the network.
