Zhongxin Chuangwei provides a precision clock for the Fushun Central Hospital project.

Recently, Fushun Central Hospital issued a request for a time server. Beijing Zhongxin Chuang promptly collaborated to develop a detailed proposal and recommended its independently developed and manufactured DNTS‑9 series as the bid‑winning product. Following a fiercely competitive bidding process, Zhongxin Chuang stood out thanks to its high‑quality products and comprehensive after‑sales service, ultimately securing the time‑synchronization project for Fushun Central Hospital.

Fushun Central Hospital was founded in 1969 and is among the first batch of national Grade III Class A general hospitals, integrating medical care, scientific research, education, and preventive health services. It serves as the Fushun Hospital of the First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University, a non-directly affiliated teaching hospital of Dalian Medical University, a teaching hospital of China Medical University and Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and a technical collaboration hospital of Peking Union Medical College Hospital. Additionally, it is designated by the Ministry of Health as a stroke screening base, a National Advanced Stroke Center, and a national-level center for the prevention and treatment of cardioembolic stroke.

Fushun Central Hospital conducted an in-depth evaluation of the DNTS‑9 time server, independently developed by Zhongxin Chuang. The results consistently exceeded the specified performance parameters, and the hospital expressed high satisfaction with both our product quality and after-sales service, leading to a successful procurement and deployment.

The DNTS-9 network time server, developed by Beijing Zhongxinchuang Technology Co., Ltd., is an intelligent, high-precision NTP network time server. The DNTS-9 obtains standard time information from the GPS navigation and positioning satellite system and provides standard time services over the network via NTP/SNTP or other network protocols. Devices on the network that require time synchronization, such as personal computers, servers, controllers, and others, can synchronize with international standard time.

When used in conjunction with GNSS satellite receivers, priority can be configured; the system supports single‑receiver/dual‑receiver and single‑antenna/dual‑antenna configurations, with each receiver capable of operating in either standalone or combined timing modes. If both receivers—and all other available time sources—lose signal, the DNTS‑9 relies on its built-in temperature‑compensated crystal oscillator to maintain accurate timekeeping and continues to provide uninterrupted time services.

In addition to serving as a primary‑level network time‑synchronization device, the DNTS‑9 can also function as a secondary‑level time server, enabling more effective time synchronization in large‑scale network environments. It provides high‑precision standard time signals for systems such as distributed networks, computer security systems, file management systems, e‑commerce platforms, online B2B systems, and cloud database storage and maintenance. The DNTS‑9 has been successfully deployed across government, finance, mobile telecommunications, public security, petroleum, electric power, transportation, industrial sectors, and national defense.

The DNTS-9 network time server is extremely easy to install and use: simply connect the satellite receiving antenna and plug the network port into a network switch, and you can achieve time synchronization across all devices on the network.

◆GNSS satellite reference clock, with a built-in temperature-compensated crystal oscillator or rubidium atomic clock, serving as a stratum‑1 network time server.

◆ High throughput enables simultaneous synchronization of the clocks of tens of thousands of clients, servers, workstations, and other devices.

◆Two 10/100/1000 Mbps Ethernet ports are available, facilitating network configuration and deployment, and enabling easy system upgrades.

◆Device information can be displayed:

GNSS satellite status: number of satellites, acquisition process, and tracking or hold‑off status; position coordinates (longitude, latitude, altitude)

Antenna status: operating, shorted, or disconnected

Network Status: Displays the IP address, subnet mask, and gateway for each network interface.

Device Status: Whether time synchronization is functioning normally and whether access limits have been exceeded.

◆ Supports management via SSH, Telnet, Web, SNMP, and DNTS-Manager, enabling easy remote network login, administration, configuration, and maintenance.

◆ A single device with multiple network interfaces, or multiple devices with multiple network interfaces, can be configured to use the same IP address for hot backup.

◆High reliability, with an MTBF of 90,000 hours

◆ Supports heartbeat detection and hot switchover across multiple devices and network interfaces.

◆ Supports bonding functionality, enabling multi‑port network interface aggregation on a single host (optional)

◆Out-of-band management interface: 1 port, 10/100 Mbps Ethernet interface (RJ-45) (optional)
