The Zhongxin Chuang Clock Synchronization System Supports the Advancement of Healthcare Informatization.
Recently, the Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University issued a request for a clock server. Beijing Zhongxin Chuang Company promptly collaborated to develop a detailed proposal and recommended its self‑developed and manufactured DNTS‑7 model as the bid‑winning product. Following a highly competitive bidding process, Zhongxin Chuang stood out thanks to its high‑quality products and comprehensive after‑sales service, ultimately securing the contract for the clock server project at the Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University.
The Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical University is located in Zhanjiang, a city renowned as the “Pearl of Southern Guangdong,” on the picturesque shores of the South China Sea. Originally established as the Affiliated Hospital of Zhanjiang Medical College, it was constructed with funding from the Ministry of Health beginning in 1963 and officially opened to admit patients on January 19, 1970.
The Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University conducted an in-depth evaluation of the DNTS‑7 series time server independently developed by Zhongxin Chuang. The results consistently exceeded the specified performance parameters, and the hospital expressed high satisfaction with both the product’s quality and our after-sales service, leading to a successful procurement and deployment.
The network time server DNTS-7, developed by Beijing Zhongxinchuang Technology Co., Ltd., is a high-tech, intelligent, stand-alone time server based on the NTP/SNTP protocols. DNTS-7 obtains standard clock signal information from GPS geostationary satellites and transmits this information over the network, enabling devices that require time signals—such as computers and controllers—to synchronize with the standard clock. Standard clock information is transmitted via the TCP/IP network, and DNTS-7 supports multiple popular time‑broadcasting protocols, including NTP and time/UDP, as well as Zhongxinchuang’s proprietary time‑broadcast packets with configurable UDP ports. The port numbers for NTP and time/UDP are fixed at 123 and 37, respectively, as specified in RFC-123 and RFC-37. Additionally, DNTS-7 supports the broadcast mode of the SNTP protocol.
The DNTS-74 features four 10/100 Mbps adaptive Ethernet ports, with physical isolation between ports to ensure data security. All ports can be configured to the same network segment or to different segments, providing redundancy—failure of one port will not affect the normal operation of the others. Each Ethernet port must be assigned an independent IP address.
