Zhongxin Chuangwei provides a time synchronization server to the National Satellite Oceanic Center.
Zhongxin Chuangwei provides a time synchronization server to the National Satellite Oceanic Center.
Recently, the National Satellite Ocean Application Service Center issued a request for proposals for a time server. Beijing Zhongxin Chuang Co., Ltd. responded proactively by preparing a detailed solution and recommending its self-developed and manufactured DNTS‑9 time server as the bid‑winning product. Following a fiercely competitive bidding process, Zhongxin Chuang stood out thanks to its high‑quality products and comprehensive after‑sales support, ultimately securing the contract for the time server project from the National Satellite Ocean Application Service Center.
The National Satellite Ocean Application Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Satellite Center”) is… State Oceanic Administration Direct fiscal subsidies Public institution 。
The National Satellite Ocean Application Center conducted an in-depth evaluation of the DNTS‑9 time server independently developed by Zhongxin Chuang. The results consistently exceeded the specified performance parameters, and the center expressed high satisfaction with both our product quality and after-sales service, leading to a successful procurement and deployment.
The DNTS-9 network time server, developed by Beijing Zhongxinchuang Technology Co., Ltd., is an intelligent, high-precision NTP network time server. The DNTS-9 obtains standard time information from navigation and positioning satellite systems such as GPS, BeiDou, GLONASS, and Galileo, and provides standard time services over the network via NTP/SNTP or other network protocols. Devices in the network that require time synchronization—such as personal computers, servers, and controllers—can synchronize with international standard time.
When used in conjunction with GNSS satellite receivers, priority can be configured; the system supports single‑receiver/dual‑receiver and single‑antenna/dual‑antenna configurations, with each receiver capable of operating in standalone or combined timing modes. If both receivers—and all other available time sources—lose signal, the DNTS‑9 relies on its built-in temperature‑compensated crystal oscillator or rubidium atomic clock to maintain accurate timekeeping, continuously providing time services to external users.
In addition to serving as a primary‑level network time‑synchronization device, the DNTS‑9 can also function as a secondary‑level time server, enabling more effective time synchronization in large‑scale network environments. It can provide precise, standardized time signals for systems such as distributed networks, computer security systems, file management systems, e‑commerce platforms, online B2B systems, and cloud database storage and maintenance. The DNTS‑9 has been successfully deployed across government, finance, mobile telecommunications, public security, petroleum, electric power, transportation, industrial sectors, and national defense.
The DNTS-9 network time server is extremely easy to install and use: simply connect the satellite receiving antenna and plug the network port into a network switch, and you can achieve time synchronization across all devices on the network.
| Client software | Provides NTP‑based time‑synchronization software for Windows, running as a service. Client support includes operating systems such as Windows 98, NT, 2000, XP, Vista, 7, 8, 10, Server 2008, Server 2012, and Server 2016. |
| Centralized management software | Overview: The DNTS-Manager centralized management software not only enables easy remote network login, monitoring, management, configuration, and maintenance, but also allows real-time monitoring of time synchronization on both NTP servers and clients, supporting simultaneous monitoring of thousands of NTP servers and tens of thousands of client devices. Client: request intervals, deviation limits exceeded, request timeouts, etc. NTP Server: Monitors NTP server information, including uptime, synchronization status, network parameters, satellite time, server time, and synchronization with the reference source. Alerts: Alerts can be generated via protocols such as Syslog, SNMP, and email, and you can configure alert types, severity levels, and other parameters to customize the reporting criteria. Statistics: Records all time‑synchronization logs and alarm logs, storing them separately; also tallies the number of clients, their IP addresses, and the request records for each IP. |
