Recently, the Hedong District Maternal and Child Health Hospital in Linyi City issued a procurement announcement for a time server. Beijing Zhongxin Chuang Company proactively collaborated with the hospital to develop a detailed proposal and recommended its self‑developed and manufactured DNTS‑8 model as the bid‑winning product. Following a fiercely competitive bidding process, Zhongxin Chuang stood out thanks to its high‑quality products and comprehensive after‑sales service, ultimately securing the contract for the time server project at Renmin University of China in Beijing.

The Hedong District Maternal and Child Health and Family Planning Comprehensive Service Center was established in October 1998. It serves as the district’s technical guidance center for maternal and child health and family planning, undertaking all related technical services throughout the district. The center is also a designated provider under the district’s medical insurance scheme and the New Rural Cooperative Medical Scheme. Over the years, the center has received numerous accolades, including being recognized by the National Population and Family Planning Commission as an “Advanced Collective in National Family Planning Science and Technology,” by the Provincial Population and Family Planning Commission as an “Outstanding County-Level Family Planning Service Station” and an “Advanced Unit in Professional Ethics Development,” by the Provincial Patriotic Health Campaign Committee as a “Provincial Advanced Health Unit,” by the Linyi Municipal Government as an “Advanced Unit in the Creation of Five‑Good Leadership Teams among Public Institutions,” and by the Linyi Municipal Spiritual Civilization Committee as a “Municipal Civilized Service Window” and an “Advanced Unit in Professional Ethics Development.” Additionally, it has been honored by the Linyi Municipal Health Bureau as an “Advanced Collective in Citywide Maternal and Child Health Work” and by the Linyi Women’s Federation as an “Advanced Collective in Protecting the Rights and Interests of Women and Children.” The center has also been repeatedly recognized by the Hedong District Government with titles such as “Civilized Unit,” “Advanced Unit in Conduct and Style of Work,” “Advanced Collective of Women Pioneering Achievements,” and “Advanced Unit in Localized Family Planning Management.” In 2009, it was designated as a teaching and internship base by Shandong Medical College.

The DNTS-8 time server, developed by Beijing Zhongxinchuang Technology Co., Ltd., is a high-tech, intelligent, stand-alone clock synchronization server that operates based on the NTP/SNTP protocols and delivers high-precision timekeeping. The DNTS-8 can obtain standard clock signal information from GPS or BeiDou geostationary satellites, as well as from CDMA networks. This information is transmitted across the network, enabling devices requiring time signals—such as computers and controllers—to synchronize with the standard clock. Additionally, when using GPS, BeiDou, and CDMA receivers, users can define priority levels; by default, BeiDou takes precedence, with GPS serving as a backup. If all three receivers lose signal, the DNTS-8 relies on its built-in temperature-compensated crystal oscillator for timekeeping, achieving an accuracy of up to 1E-9. The DNTS-8 transmits standard clock information over TCP/IP networks and supports multiple popular time‑broadcasting protocols, including NTP and time/UDP. It also accommodates custom time‑broadcast data packets defined by Zhongxinchuang Technology, with configurable UDP ports. The port numbers for NTP and time/UDP are fixed at 123 and 37, respectively, as specified in RFC-123 and RFC-37. Furthermore, the DNTS-84-0GBC simultaneously supports the broadcast mode of the SNTP protocol.
