Zhongxin Chuangwei provides a time synchronization server to the Civil Aviation Meteorological Center.

Recently, the Civil Aviation Meteorological Center issued a request for a time server. Beijing Zhongxin Chuang Co., Ltd. proactively collaborated to develop a detailed proposal and recommended its self‑developed and manufactured DNTS‑9 time server as the bid‑winning product. Following a fiercely competitive bidding process, Zhongxin Chuang stood out thanks to its high‑quality products and comprehensive after‑sales service, ultimately securing the Civil Aviation Meteorological Center’s time‑server project.

The Civil Aviation Meteorological Center is a directly affiliated public institution of the Air Traffic Management Bureau of the Civil Aviation Administration of China. It is primarily responsible for the operational management of civil aviation meteorological services nationwide; the issuance of national-level aviation weather forecast guidance products; the provision of nationwide aviation meteorological services to air traffic control operators, airlines, and other users; the domestic and international exchange of aviation meteorological information; the monitoring and evaluation of aviation meteorological equipment operations, along with technical support and guidance for the maintenance and repair of such equipment; the implementation of research and development in aviation meteorology, including studies on user needs and emerging technologies; and the conduct of technical training for the civil aviation meteorological system and for end‑users. In addition, it fulfills the responsibilities of the Asian Aviation Meteorological Center and the Global Space Weather Center.

The Civil Aviation Meteorological Center conducted an in-depth evaluation of the DNTS‑9 time server, independently developed by Zhongxin Chuang. The results consistently exceeded the specified performance parameters, and the center expressed strong satisfaction with both our product quality and after-sales service, leading to a successful procurement and deployment.

The DNTS-9 network time server, developed by Beijing Zhongxinchuang Technology Co., Ltd., is an intelligent, high-precision NTP network time server. The DNTS-9 obtains standard time information from the GPS navigation and positioning satellite system and provides standard time services over the network via NTP/SNTP or other network protocols. Devices in the network that require time synchronization—such as personal computers, servers, and controllers—can synchronize with international standard time. When using a GNSS satellite receiver, users can define priority levels and configure single-receiver/dual-receiver or single-antenna/dual-antenna setups; each receiver can be set to operate in standalone or combined timing modes. If both receivers and other available time sources lose signal, the DNTS-9 relies on its built-in temperature-compensated crystal oscillator for holdover and continues to provide uninterrupted time services to external clients.

In addition to serving as a primary‑level network time‑synchronization device, the DNTS‑9 can also function as a secondary‑level time server, enabling more effective time synchronization in large‑scale network environments. It provides precise standard time signals for systems such as distributed networks, computer security systems, file management systems, e‑commerce platforms, online B2B systems, and cloud database storage and maintenance. The DNTS‑9 has been successfully deployed across government, finance, mobile telecommunications, public security, petroleum, power, transportation, industrial, and defense sectors. Installation and operation of the DNTS‑9 network time server are exceptionally straightforward: simply connect the satellite receiving antenna and link the Ethernet port to a network switch to achieve time synchronization for all devices on the network.

◆GNSS satellite reference clock, with a built-in temperature-compensated crystal oscillator or rubidium atomic clock, serving as a stratum‑1 network time server.

◆ High throughput enables simultaneous synchronization of the clocks of tens of thousands of clients, servers, workstations, and other devices.

◆ Four 10/100/1000M Ethernet ports are available, enabling easy network configuration and deployment, and facilitating system upgrades.

◆ Supports management via SSH, Telnet, Web, SNMP, and DNTS-Manager, enabling easy remote network login, administration, configuration, and maintenance.

◆ A single device with multiple network interfaces, or multiple devices with multiple network interfaces, can be configured to use the same IP address for hot backup.

◆High reliability, with an MTBF of 90,000 hours

◆ Supports heartbeat detection and hot switchover across multiple devices and network interfaces.

◆ Supports bonding functionality, enabling multi‑port network interface aggregation on a single host (optional)

◆Out-of-band management interface: 1 port, 10/100 Mbps Ethernet interface (RJ-45) (optional)
