Zhongxin Chuangwei provides the National Pipeline Group with high-precision NTP servers and a Beidou timing solution.

Recently, the National Pipeline Group released Time synchronization server of Procurement , Beijing Zhongxin Chuang Company has actively collaborated to develop a detailed plan for the user and recommended products independently researched and manufactured by Zhongxin Chuang. DNTS-9 High-Precision NTP Network Time Server ,凭借其卓越的北斗卫星授时性能、超高稳定性和完善的服务体系,在激烈的竞争中脱颖而出,成功中标 National Pipeline Group The Beidou timing equipment project provides a robust time‑reference foundation for the company’s development of an intelligent operations and maintenance system.
The National Pipeline Group is a key state-owned enterprise established with the approval of the State Council and supervised by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council. It primarily engages in the investment, construction, and operation of trunk oil and gas pipeline networks and related infrastructure such as gas storage and peak-shaving facilities. The company is responsible for interconnecting trunk pipelines and facilitating third-party pipeline access, as well as for the nationwide operation and dispatch of oil and gas pipeline networks, and regularly discloses to the public information on remaining transmission capacity. LNG receiving terminal processing capacity, ensuring fair and open access to infrastructure for all users. The company operates 104,300 kilometers of oil and gas pipelines—comprising 57,000 kilometers of natural gas pipelines, 22,200 kilometers of crude oil pipelines, and 25,100 kilometers of refined oil pipelines—covering 30 provinces, municipalities, autonomous regions, and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Additionally, it operates eight underground gas storage facilities and eight LNG receiving terminals.

In addition to serving as a primary‑level network time‑synchronization device, the DNTS‑9 can also function as a secondary‑level time server, enabling more effective time synchronization in large‑scale network environments. It can provide precise standard time signals—via BeiDou timing—for systems such as distributed networks, computer security systems, file management systems, e‑commerce platforms, online B2B systems, and cloud database storage and maintenance. It has been successfully deployed across sectors including government, finance, mobile telecommunications, public security, petroleum, electric power, transportation, industry, and national defense. The DNTS-9HG network time server is extremely easy to install and use: simply connect the satellite receiving antenna and plug the network port into a network switch to enable time synchronization across all devices on the network.
◆GNSS satellite time synchronization (supports BeiDou, etc.), with a built-in rubidium atomic clock or rubidium atomic clock, serving as a Tier‑1 network time server.
◆ High throughput enables simultaneous synchronization of the clocks of tens of thousands of clients, servers, workstations, and other devices.
◆ Supports management via SSH, Telnet, Web, SNMP, and DNTS-Manager, enabling easy remote network login, administration, configuration, and maintenance.
◆ A single device with multiple network interfaces, or multiple devices with multiple network interfaces, can be configured to use the same IP address for hot backup.
◆ High reliability, with an MTBF of 90,000 hours
◆ Supports heartbeat detection and hot switchover across multiple devices and network interfaces.
