Zhongxin Chuangwei has provided NTP clock synchronization equipment to the Nanning Railway Bureau’s dispatching center.

Recently, the Dispatching Office of the Nanning Railway Bureau issued a requirement for a clock synchronization system. Beijing Zhongxin Chuang Company proactively collaborated to develop a detailed solution and recommended its self‑developed and manufactured DNTS‑9 model as the bid‑winning product. Following a fiercely competitive bidding process, Zhongxin Chuang stood out thanks to its high‑quality products and comprehensive after‑sales service, ultimately securing the contract for the Nanning Railway Bureau’s time‑server project.

China Railway Nanning Group Co., Ltd. is one of the 18 railway bureau group companies under the administration of China State Railway Group Co., Ltd. It is commonly referred to as “Nanning Bureau,” and its predecessor was established in [23]. The Liuzhou Railway Bureau as of January 1, 1953; on November 16, 2007, the bureau’s headquarters moved from… Liuzhou Relocate to Nanning , renamed to Nanning Railway Bureau

The Dispatching Office of the Nanning Railway Bureau conducted an in-depth evaluation of the DNTS‑9 time server, independently developed by Zhongxin Chuang. The results consistently exceeded the specified performance parameters, and the bureau expressed strong satisfaction with both the product’s quality and our after-sales service, leading to a successful procurement and deployment.

The DNTS-9 network time server, developed by Beijing Zhongxinchuang Technology Co., Ltd., is an intelligent, high-precision NTP network time server. The DNTS-9 obtains standard time information from navigation and positioning satellite systems such as GPS, BeiDou, GLONASS, and Galileo, and provides standard time services over the network via NTP/SNTP or other network protocols. Devices in the network that require time synchronization—such as personal computers, servers, and controllers—can synchronize with international standard time.

When used in conjunction with GNSS satellite receivers, priority can be configured; the system supports single‑receiver/dual‑receiver and single‑antenna/dual‑antenna configurations, with each receiver capable of operating in either standalone or combined timing modes. If both receivers and all other available time sources lose signal, the DNTS‑9 relies on its built-in temperature‑controlled crystal oscillator or rubidium atomic clock to maintain accurate timekeeping, continuously providing time services to external users.

In addition to serving as a primary‑level network time‑synchronization device, the DNTS‑9 can also function as a secondary‑level time server, enabling more effective time synchronization in large‑scale network environments. It provides precise standard time signals for systems such as distributed networks, computer security systems, file management systems, e‑commerce platforms, online B2B systems, and cloud database storage and maintenance. The DNTS‑9 has been successfully deployed across government, finance, mobile telecommunications, public security, petroleum, power, transportation, industrial, and defense sectors. Installation and operation of the DNTS‑9 network time server are straightforward: simply connect the satellite receiving antenna and link the network port to a network switch to achieve time synchronization across all devices on the network.
