    The network time server DNTS-2B, developed by Beijing Zhongxinchuang Technology Co., Ltd., is a compact, stand-alone time server based on the RS232 protocol. The DNTS-2B acquires standard clock signal information from GPS geosynchronous satellites and transmits this information via RS232, enabling devices that require time signals—such as computers and controllers—to synchronize with the standard clock.

    The DNTS-2B is extremely easy to use: simply connect the GPS satellite receiver antenna to the DNTS-2B’s antenna input BNC port, and link the DNTS-2B’s serial port to the time‑synchronization computer. Once the dedicated Zhongxin Chuangke time‑synchronization software is installed on the computer, time synchronization is ready to go.

    The DNTS-2B comes with a built-in receiver; simply mount the antenna in an unobstructed outdoor location, with the rooftop being the optimal choice. If installation on a building’s exterior wall is necessary, position it as far from the wall as possible to ensure accurate satellite signal reception.
