The DND70000 Series IP Network Power Distribution Unit (hereinafter referred to as the DND70000 PDU) is an intelligent PDU device developed by our company for use in most data centers, industrial environments, and residential settings—essentially a network‑based power manager. Leveraging network technology, users can remotely switch electrical devices on and off and monitor their current power status at any time, eliminating the need to expend manpower and time on on‑site visits; everything is clearly visible from the office. In addition, the DND70000 features a transparent RS232‑to‑Ethernet conversion channel, enabling you to easily convert RS232‑compatible devices to Ethernet communication.
The DND70000 series supports multiple control methods, including web-based management, SNMP, Modbus/TCP, Telnet, and proprietary software, and can also accommodate custom communication protocols tailored to user needs. Each switch channel on the DND70000 supports two timed operations—scheduled turn-on, scheduled turn-off, and scheduled reboot—repeated daily. This scheduling feature helps conserve energy when the device is idle and is particularly useful for equipment that requires periodic reboots.
The DND70000 series features built-in sensors of various types, enabling environmental parameter monitoring within cabinets and throughout the data center. It includes one network port and a local RS232 console port, as well as an RS232-to-Ethernet transparent channel.
