Product Overview
The network time server DNTS-6, developed by Beijing Zhongxinchuang Technology Co., Ltd., is a high-tech, intelligent, stand-alone time server based on the NTP/SNTP protocols. DNTS-6 obtains standard clock signal information from GPS geostationary satellites and transmits this information across the network, enabling devices that require time signals—such as computers and controllers—to synchronize with the standard clock. Standard clock information is transmitted via the TCP/IP network, and DNTS-6 supports multiple popular time‑broadcasting protocols, including NTP and time/UDP, as well as Zhongxinchuang’s proprietary time‑broadcast data packets with configurable UDP ports. The port numbers for NTP and time/UDP are fixed at 123 and 37, respectively, as specified in RFC-123 and RFC-37. Additionally, DNTS-6 supports the broadcast mode of the SNTP protocol.
The DNTS‑6 series is available in multiple models, with time sources that can be configured as GPS, BDS, or a dual‑source setup. It offers one or two network ports, each physically isolated to support independent networks.
